everything except static discharge and lightning bolt (depending on the primary though on that second one).
Are charged brawl and zapp skippable?
CB is a nice quick attack with a decent DPA. Zapp, like other Dom sniper powers, does a ton of damage, but it depends on your playstyle as to whether or not you'll use it often.

I skipped zapp and sd. Cb is skippable on some builds and for some purposes.

taking static discharge is pointless when you have tons of other attacks and the sentinel to drain huge amounts of endurance on your target....just not needed
my original build worked the best as drainer. It never beat anyone good but it surprised a lot of people. I went phase/ss/fitness/leap-scirroco epic.
