I don't think any of the new Shining Stars NPCs are in the AE yet. The AE list of NPCs are a few issues behind (for example, the WarWorks, IDF, and First Ward groups aren't in AE yet).

We've now passed the 4 months mark since Freedom launched. So this bug is now affecting about 1/3 of the game population.

What, no WWD #5 today? I'm shocked!

I was on that league, and was the one who noticed that Desdemona's health was suddenly dropping like a rock. It was somewhat of a letdown to have the trial fail that quickly after we had been doing so well up to that point (all of the other objectives for a Mo run had been met up to that point).

I didn't buy any.

I, however, did use my Paragon Points stipend to pick up three "3-pack" of the LotG set (7.5% Recharge, Def, Def/End) -- mainly for the set bonuses. I used a few enchantment unslotters to take out the LotG's I already had slotted and put the SBE's in their place.

November 21st. It's now past my billing date.

I got my monthly stipend of Paragon Points, so that's working at least.

However, I didn't get my Paragon Reward Token for November. Looks like that's still borked.

I, too, have not gotten my November stipend of Paragon Points. I last got Paragon Points on October 12th. I got my Reward Token on Oct 27th.

My billing date, however, is on the 20th. So I'll wait until this weekend and see what happens.

But in any case, this reward system for VIPs certainly seems borked up. You're almost better off not paying the monthly subscription and just playing as a Premium player and plucking down $15 a month on 1200 Paragon Points. The only thing you're really missing out on is the Incarnate trails and a bunch of bugged Signature Story Arcs. At least as a Premium player you get your points and reward tokens all upfront.

Personally, I'd like to see these new options added for the Lv50 game (outside the incarnate trials).

Incarnate Mode: +4/x8 (Bonus: Incarnate threads drop instead of incarnate shards)
Non-Incarnate Mode: All Incarnate powers (including Alpha slot) turned off.

I'd also make Non-Incarnate Mode be a requirement for the classical Mo badges (no deaths, no temp powers, no incarnate powers).

Of course, Standard Code Rant applies and all that.

Just to add some more data to this.

I am currently on the 12+2 subscription plan (which is scheduled to end on November 20, 2012). That would seem to indicate that the 20th is my billing date. However, I did participate in the old "Refer a Friend" program a few times, including when it gave 14 extra days instead of 30 extra days, so that might've shuffled around the date a little bit.

The last time I got a Vet Reward badge was on July 16, 2011.

On around October 16th, I got my allotment of Paragon Points. (Date not definitive, as I did not check to see if I had points between Oct 13th and Oct 16th).

I got my Reward Token on Oct 27th. I was expecting this to come by Oct 20th at the very latest, and when it had not showed up by the 21st I sent in a support ticket. They told me to wait until the 28th. It arrived a day before the 28th.

I can confirm that I got my 3rd character transfer token today (November 1st).

That mission is bugged. Hence why the unusual behavior of Doc Quantum. As for what is supposed to happen, see the post above mine.

At 1,251 badges now, after completing the "Death From Below" lowbie trial. Still got a bunch of "Master of" badges to earn. It's hard to dedicate the time to get those badges.

I wanted to snag "Razor" on Exalted, but missed out on it. Whoever got it must've worked ultra fast, as I was trying to snag it as soon as i21 came live. Ah well. So I'll stick with Citizen Razor on Liberty for now.

My first account (80-months account, Tier 9 VIP) got 1750 points.

My secondary account, not a Tier9 VIP, which I resubbed up in August, got 1200 points.

On the first day of the Freedom Headstart, I was in a league that took down the Seed of Hamidon. However, the badge didn't award to anybody on the league.

Is this a bug, or is there some kind of trick that we're missing that we need to do in order to get the badge?

They're not giving reward tokens upfront due to technical issues, which they hope to resolve soon. And the points were always going to be given out on a monthly basis, not upfront.

That's interesting. I'm guessing you didn't continue with the Loyalist Power path and didn't do Transmuter's story arc. Was Warrant there as well (since Reese kills Warrant in that story arc)?

Praetor Duncan? Makes sense, I guess. I was thinking either Mother Mayhem, Vanessa DeVore , or Belladonna Vetrano. But I couldn't really see the motivation for any of them to save former Top Dog Reese. Praetor Duncan makes more sense.

I am replaying the Praetoria story-arcs, and while playing the Loyalist Power arcs, I noticed something.

***SPOILER WARNING for those of you who haven't played through Lv 1-20 Praetoria yet***












OK, at the end of the Nova Praetoria Loyalist Power storyline, you can either choose to blow up Reese (turn Resistance) or reveal him to Marauder (stay Loyalist). It's implied that Marauder kills Reese.

Later on, in Imperial City's Loyalist Power storyline, you meet Transmuter, who is investigating a murderer of people in the Powers Division. It turns out to be Reese who is back from the dead. When you defeat him the second time, he says something along the line of "she told me I would finally have my revenge."

So was it ever revealed who this "she" is? If not, what is the speculation for the identity of this mystery benefactor?
