extra slots in hurdle do not give extra jump height
swift dosn't give much in extra fly speed either, i'm sure someone said its the same as the run speed but i'm not 100% sure.
Totaly up to you tho .. you can either run 4mph faster or have attack powers that recharge fast. -

No stalker hide gets beaten by someone with high perception.
Defence gets beaten by every man and his dog having tactics+FA in the high lvl game ie accuracy -

In all honesty i'd drop the fighting pool like a hot rock and pickup medicine - aidself as it will be alot better than tough but without the end drain.
Also drop the 2 extra slot on health because there not doing anything useful anyway and the regen rate on health won't help in a fight.
With all those slots spare you can maybe slot each attack with end reduxs and maybe pickup hasten to to help with attack power recharge. -

I wouldn't wish /psi on anyone
Its fairly low damage and not that great when you meet npc's like carnies.
Its a real hard slog with /psi and something you won't enjoy till lvl 38 were it gets abit eaiser with psi shockwave.
If you want enjoyment go mind/ but something else like /ice or /nrg. -
those folks across the pond had an intresting discussion here about this.

Not wanting to sound biased but SS/Elec is really good in PVP.
Theres so many tools to use. -
if someone TP's you onto caltrops as soon as you see the TP Animation you hit jump and your not on the caltrops long enough for the tick to hold you on them.
Experienced PVP'ers know this like i said before. -

Because its been discussed on the US forums and the guy who does nofuture said its all from player info and not from the game files.

Well the Americans found alot of incorrect information on there and thats why it was discussed.
Best to use stuff like that as a guide and not take it for red. -

Altho a valid tactic most experienced pvpers will jump as soon as they get TP'ed and will just end up jumping out of the caltrops.
Personaly i'd fully slot web cocoon as its -jump -fly etc
Your Retsu atm is only 45% def with just recharge and with your other toggles 72% def not really that high.
the 2 extra slots in swift is an extra 4mph roughly
same with hurdle .. no extra jump height but abit more speed..3rd one isn't doing much tho.
Pets in PVP are a complete waste of time i'd swap it for TP myself .. that'll give you some vertical. -
with tough i think its 67% dmg res
But if you want my advice i wouldn't take it as tough is a serious end drain.
Try Aidself instead, its like 10% dmg resist in itself and costs less end and is great with Em/ -

I slotted all my ice attacks with end reduxs and it makes a big difference.

Thats not really true
without end reduxs in the first build he'd have a toggle EPS 1.43 with end reduxs his toggle EPS is 1.14 now in attack chains thats half an attack chain less he could do without end reduxs,thus lowering his chain dmg and over all dmg.
or so attack chain planner says. *shrug*
I know ppl who've played em/dark and they've always said its end heavy. -
with Powersurge just slotted for recharge and your other shields damage res on all but toxic (52%) is maxed but toxic is quite common high level (TT's,commandos,scouts etc).
Powersink is a really good power and i do find i use it alot so i would prefer to atleast slot it with 3 recharge.
alltho i do have both powers 6 slotted i think its down to personal choice and what enviroment your playing in ie PVE or PVP. -

yep i understand its not impossible, i even herded abunch of nemesis with my ss/elec but i used a ton of insp in the process and that was without LF.
Personaly i can't jusify the end drain and the slotting required to make it useful when i could have a better power at half the cost.
I think we're going horribly off topic and i want to apologise to the OP for that.
Edit: oh and i wouldn't trust herostats as far as i could throw it -
flash arrow is 3.75% acc debuff IIRC
could maybe use those slots elsewere
also what are you going to use to touch off oil slick ? -

41% will not guarantee safety in a mob and it is the most comon dmg type.(i have an ss/elec i know)
Lets not even mention the fact that you have to take aidself to survive, so how are you going to heal when your agroing with LF ?
Please answer me that one i would love to hear the answer.

I have an em/invul and i have no problem gaining fury in a team.Fury is gained by the punches you throw NOT by how many hits you do as fury builds whether you hit OR miss not dmg not how many npc's you hit.
Don't believe me then read this nice GUIDE to brutes
Are you back ? ... ok .. now you see your 1 AoE is counting as 1 attack and gaining very little fury where as alot of fast attacks gain fury faster than a slow phenomenal single target damage attack.

Every person plays differently i agree but when it comes down to it the brute AT is not built for maintaing agro from huge mobs.
Have a good look .. go on.
You'll see brutes have less defence that scrappers and you don't often see scrappers herding do ya.
Now i'm not saying its impossible what i am saying is its very difficult without acouple healers which totaly defeats the object anyway as an AT should beable to withstand alot of damage if its going to attempt it.

I'm not sure you've got the figures right there.
I see LF with a brawl index of 0.83.
Bonesmashers a brawl index of 8.9
Lets round it off for arguments sake.
(LF)0.80 damaging every second for 1 min = 48 dmg
(BS)9.0 (taking into account the 8 sec recharge)dmg for 1 min = 67.5
mmm nope still not seeing it.
