Grav/Nrg Dominator
I'm guessing you dont plan to pvp with this.
Might be worth putting more slots in lift and slotting a bit more accuracy in general.
Not sure if propel is worth picking up, theres a theory it gets in the way of fast domination building due to the animation time.
Its also worth trying to fit accrobatics in. Lots of knockback from longbow and scrapyarders.
I'd also try getting powerboost earlier and maybe taking tp foe over recall friend.

I'm playing a Grav/En Dominator as well, and I can't stress enough how important it is to get your Holds slotted up properly, as quickly as possible. Without those, you'll have far too much aggro on your hands, and will go down quickly.
Also, don't worry about things like Knockback Distance. With /En you want to be focusing on your most damaging attacks, which are Melee ones, so you'll be creating hassle for yourself by knocking things out of combat distance.

Why?
A supposedly damaging power that sometimes hits and does no damage is something I would like to swap for something else. (ie. if they dont get levitated due to immob etc they take no falling damage). Although I have levitate on my dominator who isnt a damage king anyway..

It looks like they still take damage even when immobalised. If you try throwing up the cars in mayhems, they dont move (but how cool would it be if they did ), but they take damage after the time it WOULD take for the levitate animation. I'm pretty sure its the same against an immobalised target. IMO, the best use of levitate is to take a boss out the fight for a few seconds in between stacking holds. I wonder if with mind/energy you might also be able to use levitate and power push to stop people attacking during the supression period

No love for Dimension Shift? I've been finding it very useful in the all dom team, it has saved our backsides many times. It does need to be used responsibly but now that I've used it for a bit I would never consider leaving it out.

[/ QUOTE ]It always does damage if it hits. The damage is in no way related to fall damage, no foe would take even NEARLY that kinda damage numbers from falling from sucha low height. The damage is inflicted by the power hitting, it just hasfew second delay befor applying the damage.
Oh, and yes, levitate and lift are pretty much the same.
For some reason Lift does half the damage of Levitate. I've never understood why.
EDIT: Yes, Dimension Shift has proven a lifesaver at times. Based on my experience in the all-Dom teams, I may have to now wedge it somehow into my Grav/Ice Dominator build...
I'd say Dimension shift has caused more problems for my grav/energy than it has gotten me out of.
I wouldn't bother with propel myself, In all honesty. Your slotting is also a bit unusual I find. Remember your best attacks are melee attacks so knockback isn't the bestest thing ever for that. Shame there's knockback in wormhole, I'd rather it just disorient enemies without the whole teleporting thing.
I'd also drop your snipe, yes I know it deals good damage, but IMHO, there are better ones to take.
Acrobatics is love as well, I suggest you take it and love it.
Tweaked the build a little bit based on some of the advice here and a couple of forum guides. the biggest change is the slotting's now focussed around damage, though if endurance continues to be a problem, some EndRedux's will go in there.
Kept Propel because 1) I've already taken it, 2) the damage is pretty good and certainly seems on par with Bonesmasher.
Sniper blast is debateable, but as I'm only left with Power Push, Power Blast or Whirling hands to replace it, I think I'd get more use out of it than I would any of the others.

I tested this and you're right, however no damage numbers that I could see appear above the PvP enemy if hes not KD:ed.. well.. And of course combat channel will say "you lift x into air and pummel him to the ground for y damage" no matter what... I managed to do 36 damage on a scrapper in sirens call with my levitate.. Not beating scrappers anytime soon..

To be honest, I do that to compensate for the fact I have TP, Swift is useful (and as far as I can tell boosts Hover) and at least 2 are needed in Hurdle to be able to jump a floor level in one go.
That said, I was looking at SJ but it just seems so...wrong for a villain who'se clearly mucking around with quantum energy not to teleport.
That said, if the worst that can be said about the build is "you're slotting hover and swift too much" then it can't be THAT bad

swift dosn't give much in extra fly speed either, i'm sure someone said its the same as the run speed but i'm not 100% sure.
Totaly up to you tho .. you can either run 4mph faster or have attack powers that recharge fast.

Im not sure about height but slots in hurdle give awful lot of forward jump length. I know cause I need hurdle a lot in PvP. However, hurdle gives no air-control.

according to hero planner extra enhancers in hurdle only give more forward speed with no extra jump height.
