Someone will come in with figures though. IMO it's not really worth it. Despite the 'invulnerability' it gets most of it's awesomeness from defence, not resistance. Invuln's toggles are heavy enough, add Tough on top and it's asking a lot.

I recently dropped tough on my /invul.
with tough i think its 67% dmg res
But if you want my advice i wouldn't take it as tough is a serious end drain.
Try Aidself instead, its like 10% dmg resist in itself and costs less end and is great with Em/

Aid self has NO damage resistance.
It has a minor Disorient resist, no other.
I dont think he meant it actually have damg res i think he means its like having damg res .. i think :S

if i had RPD , TI, Unyielding and tough . all 3 slotted with damg res SO's . what would i get in S/L res ??
oh and on a EM/invul , would it be a good idea to get tough ?
