When and where they meet up to make baby airbenders I have no idea.
At first I was thinking well the monasteries only have old hermit types and very young pupil types so maybe teenage and adult airbenders leave the monastery to travel the world making them nomadic but if that was true how could they be wiped out so completely by the fire nation?
  5. Fun
-Raining AOE destruction on cannon fodder
-Soloing AVs in a reasonable time
-Defeating GMs in a reasonable amount of time
-Being impressed by teammates performance, costumes or backstory
    -Impressing Teammates

    Not fun
-Teaming with knock back heavy toons especially when they scatter enemies to the 4 winds with powers like LRM before I get to unleash my built up AOEs this REALLY pisses me off
    -Over Aggro

Maybe on a Mastermind, but a Defender would get the most benefit of the Time Manipulation powers (plus they can get Power Build Up)

As far as secondary goes: Sonic, Fire, or believe it or not, after i24's ranged power set changes...Electric.
MMs get Power Build Up to and in what is already the most popular PPP for MMs so go black scorpion

*Def Power Build UP has greater enhancement value then MM version

According to Word Of God sources, nobody ever tried to start any trouble at all for a generation after Yan-Chen -died-, she was so intimidating and willing to do anything to preserve peace.
THIS, I just forgot Yan Chen's name and Air Nomad isn't a term I've heard in awhile
  8. I don't care about 616 at all, it has nothing that interests me but Cap's new costume does interest me(wish it were even closer to the first avenger prototype or even final design though) and bringing Fury's son to the foreground also interests me
  9. Seems to be an Arcade(PC) Perfect port though I have no idea if it is compatible with the saves from the PC version; it does support save slot saves from the menu, 2 slots of quick saves which you can do while in game and it will auto save for you.

I have been playing it from the begining and I already discovered a hidden room in the American Dream part that I didn't know existed. When I played it on the PC I had only ever discovered one(an armory) and IIRC it was an alternate way to trigger a boss fight.
Available for Android(with support for Xperia Play controls!), IOS, and Windows Phone

Also they included the Leaping bullet time feature from MP2
  10. Lawls even the previous air bender avatar would have told him that

A very easy way to reduce the effectiveness of this IO in those just those two pets without nerfing them or the IO would be to add a tag to each of their KB effects, called "ForceIO". That way, the power would function exactly the same as it always has until the IO was slotted.

Then, they would just need to add the corresponding effect to the Overwhelming Force proc that said, for example: -50% to all effects tagged ForceIO.

This would reduce the chance the KB would occur in both powers down to 50% while the IO was slotted, without affecting:

    A) Either power for anyone without the IO slotted.

    OR

    B) The usefulness of the IO in any other power.

50% might still be too high, but it would be easy for the Devs to adjust because it's just a single line in the Overwhelming Force proc that they'd need to tweak.
This seems like a great compromise

This is what i was thinking and its mostly cause the OP chased psi res that he couldn't fit more def, more recharge etc

Not me I bought the super packs for all the other rewards back before the Perf Shifter PPM nerf and was disappointed when elemental order came up, the only piece from that set I use is the back pack and only on a few armored toons that what otherwise have a awkward looking naked back

    On another note:
I doubt there would be refund demands, that would be as unreasonable as, if you buy a 1080p
HDTV one day and demand a refund 31+ days later cause the same, similar or better TV is cheaper elsewhere

Now if you bought 1080P tv when they were brand new, and the manufacturer discovered a defect that if not fixed would destroy the TV in short order, and decided to protect your investment by pushing out a update that turned your 1080p panel into a 540p/1080i panel you would be right to demand a refund if you want it and the only honorable thing for the manufacturer to do is honor all requests for one on the item in question

In both cases Paragon Studios would just deny said refund request anyway

So yeah adios Time Crawl, don't let the door hit you on the way out.
Is it even up to that level after considering AV debuff resistances?
