In fact that's how I pay.
When my bank issued me a new debit card I tried to apply it to my billing and the blasted game refused so I am in fact using paypal billing for both of my accounts. -

I put my attacks in 1-7, clicks in 8-10 and toggles in the second tray 1-7
I also use WASD to move and mouse to steer. -

worth a try... been crashing randomly and excessively in Praetoria as well as normal maps and that was after updating my drivers too.

I'd play dark personally, which is good because it is what I'm playing...
I burned myself out on kin levelling fire/kins to 50 on my 3 main servers.
4 trollers and a corr (2 accounts)
Also as Dark can stealth itself it could be quite nice for running in and unleashing HoB before getting shot. That and the fact that in other ways DP just doesn't survive well means that DM's toolbox for staying alive is more useful than Kin's tools for massive damage.
On the other hand Kin does massive damage. *shrugs* -
Darn I was hoping Burst would be fixed. It accepts disorient enhances but can't disorient. It does KD but can't accept KB sets.

i made a kinetic melee brute and i even deleted my other toon for it, kinetic melee is suppose to lower the enemies damage but the debuff is so small i only shave off only 1 hit of damage, and what if i dont want power siphon, thats not fair that all other powersets debuff doesnt need a build up power to work well, and even then at least they have debuffing enchanments to make it stronger, and kinetic melee doesnt, there are so many disadvantages to this kinetic melee and i really dont care about how the powers look like but just how they function

All attacks do a damage debuff, yes. Only when PS is up do you yourself get the damage boost per attack.

Chaos Creator - I have Going Rogue but the toon I purchased the transporter for has never been there. I bought it from Wentworth's. So if it can only be used in Praetoria, why was it for sale in Wentworth's? Why did the description not detail the limitations of the device? It was only 10k inf and I am not upset with the purchase. I just figured I would share my experience in case someone else did the same thing they could find the answer on the forum without trading a weeks worth of emails with Support. I really didn't see the need for the sarcasm, either. Not all of us have been playing for nigh on forever.
