You should be able to right-click and select "remove from tray".
Or are you saying you're looking in your powers list and can't figure out how to use it?
If so, click-and-hold on it and drag it to an open spot on your powers tray. You can then use it.
Clicking on the linked image above will take you off the City of Heroes site. However, the guides will be linked back here.
He's saying that the market teleporters for the Praetorian markets won't work once you've left Praetoria, which isn't exactly made clear when you purchase them.

Further than that, the Trading House transporter only works for Loyalists. Resistance members have their own consignment house to use.

Can vigilantes and rogues use both wentports and marketports?
also, can you use a houseport to get back into praetoria after you've left or does it get deleted?

Hyperstrike - Yea, I cant remove it from my powers list. I took it off my bar.
Chaos Creator - I have Going Rogue but the toon I purchased the transporter for has never been there. I bought it from Wentworth's. So if it can only be used in Praetoria, why was it for sale in Wentworth's? Why did the description not detail the limitations of the device? It was only 10k inf and I am not upset with the purchase. I just figured I would share my experience in case someone else did the same thing they could find the answer on the forum without trading a weeks worth of emails with Support. I really didn't see the need for the sarcasm, either. Not all of us have been playing for nigh on forever.
