Finding teams redside on Champion is difficult, so I'll take what I can get. Alas, that usually means farming. I'm fine with it, for the most part. Most people farm for something or other. Some people farm for experience, some for influence / infamy, others for prestige, and yet others for badges. Personally though, I believe you should earn at least one level 50 character "the hard way" before farming for experience.

Your sorta right, ya sorta left out alot of shiz
First, your right! I said this at the beginning! Leaving out the fact that I said mainly because I dont have good Enhances and I think a XxX/Kin would be great for a troller, since we had no reall CC.
Yes your team worked out! WOOT GREAT!
I was only voicing an OP but you got kick happy and booted me!
I have never booted anyone for voicing an OP and as a leader your better off from time to time listening to a voice other then the one in your head.
Yea, on of the missions I AFKed thru, so did someone else for 2-3 but your not bitchin about that one? I had some issues with family that came over! I think RL and family is more important the COH, no?
And I did say I was gonna AFK for a little because something came up.
And I dont think I need to re-level as my OP was very valid, ty for the advise though

I have no problem with someone going AFK during a mission or Task Force. It happens, and real life always takes precedence over a game. I was merely pointing out that we did just fine without any "healer" for one mission.
I've been forming a lot of Task Forces and GM teams over the past couple of months. You were the first person I've ever kicked from a team. Why? Because you demanded I boot others from the team in favor of more controllers and "healers," and then proceeded to whine when I said no.
I suggested you level up one character the old fashioned way because it was obvious to me and others during the Task Force that you hadn't spent much time outside of an AE building since you came back. Get one character to level 50 the old-fashioned way, and after that, farm to your heart's content. The game has changed quite significantly since Issue 6, and you should re-learn it. -

Looking for a good team of 8 to run farm missions on Arch!
Did one run last night, in just one run went from 32 to 38 lol leveling cant get faster then that!
BTW Dont look at this as helping me, but helping yourself
We had all 50s but me, way I want it again tonight, we ripped through 53 boss mobs like it was nothing at all!

Oy vey. Dude, I know you're an old veteran, but when you teamed with me for the Citadel Task Force last week, you played and whined like a dang AE powerleveled newbie. "I'm the only healer? We need more healers. Boot four of the scrappers / blasters, and get some controllers." "No, we're fine." "I'm letting you know now that after the third team wipe in the first mission, I'm out of there." Then I kicked you from the team before the Task Force started, but invited you back after Habatchi asked me to. We had a couple of deaths, but no team wipes, and you were AFK for more than one whole mission in the task force.
Seriously, you need to play the game and re-learn it. Not farm.
And you want everyone on this AE farm team of yours to be level 50, other than yourself, and you say it's not to help you? ROFL. -
I tried for over a hour last weekend to get a "normal PUG team" together while playing my level 35 Scrapper, to no avail. After a while, I gave up, and headed to the Atlas Park AE building. I waited a bit to see if I'd get an invite there, and nothing. So I decided to form my own AE team. Within minutes, I had an eight person team. My character was the highest at level 35, and the rest ranged anywhere from level 5 to 24. Hey, I took what I could get.
I set the AE mission, and off we went. We were doing fairly well, with only one death. The guy who started the mission at level 5 said after we were about half way through, "This mission sucks. These guys are only level 46, with few bosses. I did a cool mission yesterday that got my Controller from 14 to 23 in one go. Let's give that a try." I figured he meant a level 54 all boss mission, and with my being level 35 and everyone else being in their 20s or lower, I thought that'd be a bad idea. "Nah, we're doing okay."
"Dude, I'm getting lousy xp! We'd do much better with the other mission."
I checked his veteran badges. None. Figures. "We'd probably also get great debt."
"Nah dude, I did it yesterday and gained nine levels!"
Another teammate spoke up, also with no veteran badges:
"He's right. This mission is lame. I've only gotten one level so far. Let's give his a try."
Then they both quit, leaving six. Within a minute, there was only myself and one other left. We did okay for the next group, but it was obvious we wouldn't be able to finish the mission. I thanked the other person for staying, and then left.
It's like the newbies have been conditioned to thinking now that any missions other than those with level 50+ bosses is "lame." -
This is one reason why I take a one week hiatus on new issue launches. :P
-
Because people won't invite you to do it unless you've come prepared with Shivans and nukes.
-
I hear you, Tripp. I haven't entered a PvP zone since Issue 6 went live. I'm not about to now. It just sucks that because I don't PvP, I'm also being kept from doing PvE content, like getting villain accolades and Lord Recluse Strike Forces.
-
From what I've been reading, the Strike Force is much more difficult than the Task Force. It also requires at least one Mastermind and one Stalker to complete.
-
I'll let you know next week. I'm taking my week long new issue sabbatical. :P
-
I won't be there tonight either, as I tend to skip the first week of a new issue. If I've learned nothing else from Issue 7, it's to not play a new issue when it releases.

Take the test and find out.
Me? I'm pretty frakked up.

If that's the case, I guess I'll be taking my usual "new issue break" for a week or so.

Thanks to everyone that came out for the second Strike Force Sunday last night! I had a great time. Nothing better than setting an oil rig on fire, imo.
See y'all in two weeks! -
"It's not about recruitment."
Then during the Rikti mothership raid today:
"Hey guys, join the ALL-OUT-WAR SAGA SG today! We pay you for your prestige!" Lol. -
Just a reminder that the second Strike Force Sunday is this evening.
-
On redside, grab a Stalker in your VG, grab 7 other VG mates, put all 8 in a newspaper mission, preferably a defeat named boss one. Have the Stalker go and run to the end and beat up the boss, while the other 7 drink a Coke and door sit. Get mission completion prestige bonus. Rinse, repeat.

But... Miss Liberty is the only trainer in Atlas Park, so how could there be other trainers?
-
I know Martial Arts is an endurance hog, so I knew I'd need both Stamina and Quick Recovery. I took Stamina at level 20 out of habit, as that's what I take at level 20 on all of my other characters.
-
Does slotting pets with an endurance reduction enhancement help their endurance any, or is it purely to lower their summoning cost?
-
This thread makes me want to roll a Kinetics Defender, slot Speed Boost with three run speed enhancements, two range enhancements, and a recharge enhancement, and then just park myself in the Atlas Park AE building and randomly buff people all day.
-
This makes me sad that I rerolled my Grav / Energy Dominator in Issue 12 to Grav / Electric.

Cobalt Azurean, Fanged Knight, Elf Stalker, Neuronia, and Lauralla are the real final five Cylons.
