Below is my Martial Arts / Willpower Scrapper build. Note that I'm only using level 50 common IO enhancements. Please critique.

Why'd you take Stamina so early? I push it back to no earlier than 30 on my WP or regen characters. It'll let you take other stuff earlier that you might want.

Really? I took Stamina at 20 on my MA/WP because MA sucks end like crazy...what would you recommend?

Umm quick recovery is stronger then stamina. What level did you take that?

At 20, which was my point. QR and Stamina open at the exact same level. Stamina requires 2 other powers from the pool to take, QR does not.

I'd rather take powers from my primary and take QR at 20, as opposed to taking 2 powers I don't really need yet and taking Stamina at 20. QR is the better power, it should always be taken first. Add Stamina later if it turns out you need it.

My DB/WP scrapper waited until around level 30 or so before finally getting Stamina due to all of the powers from his primary he needed to cram in. It seems like a WM Brute could work it in a bit before then, say level 26-28? Mace uses so much endurance that having another recovery boost power ought to really come in handy.

Its hard trying to work in stamina and travel in before 20. You want your mezz res and other res shields and you want more then two attacks. Level 10, 16, and 18 are some must have prime and 2ndary powers most of the time. /regen and wp are a breath of fresh air in that factor. Regen allows you go with out serious end issues almost immediately. And wp let's you get what you need early on and still pick it up at 20.

I know Martial Arts is an endurance hog, so I knew I'd need both Stamina and Quick Recovery. I took Stamina at level 20 out of habit, as that's what I take at level 20 on all of my other characters.

The point is that MA isn't going to be an end hog until much later when you're actually running gapless. If you're burning all of those power choices and taking the worse of the two powers first, you're making your life a whole lot more difficult than it needs to be. Honestly, I'd say that you don't even need to bother with the Fitness pool at all on */WP until after you get the Fighting pool. Quick Recovery more than covers any endurance that you'll consume from your primary and secondary.
