  1. Nah its just distasteful.

Want to joke with a few buds on Vent or in private chat, go ahead

Making distasteful jokes in a large public venue is not appropriate.

that way the dorks flipping wouldnt be able to flip it every 2 seconds.sure they still would be able to flip but not as fast as they like and it would bite into the money they make.wouldnt be able to stop them just like farmers but it would slow them down
Do you have a clue ?

Sorry, but the first statement so just so full of wrongness, I have to wonder
  3. Because fixing the BoTZ and the unique was easy, its not even coding time, just the spreadsheets. The powers group can do that on their own.

Maybe the placate proc is hard to fix, and requires coding time. Maybe they haven't even got a way of fixing it.

    Resilience

On my current build for Cat I nabbed it at 47, slotted a steadfast into it and called it good.

It is nice to stack with tough, but ToF would be more important to me.

Well someone had to after Statesman left.
  7. Little more to add other than /sign

SSK was a great innovation for teaming.
  8. The rules have not changed with regard set bonuses.

    18 level Max for Posi.
  9. I have a stalker parked at 15, running psy hunt. Each day that I can remember to do it, and it doesn't interfere with my training. SOmetimes 2-3 times on a weekend

Letting the timer run out each time.

Nice a profitable in merit earnings. Still haven't hit the motherlode of a stealth IO though
  10. I'm pretty sure Pop Tarts and Toasters has been XP hammered.

Rescuing a Cat Gurl band nerfs your Xp

  11. Assuming you pay 1000 inf for each pice (Temporal Analyzer and Hydraulic piston can normally be snagged for 10 inf)

Thats a cost to a field crafter of 218 000.

    Break even is 242 222.
    300 000 inf even a profit of 57 778, which is a 19% return.

    "I win science!"

I was early getting onto to watch #mythbusters tonight. Saw a rerun of last weeks

Blowing up 50 lbs of AMFO 'for science'.

    Then repeating with dynamite.

    Jamie and Adam win science
  13. First and foremost concept. Whatever fits right to the idea in my head.

That applies both to powersets, and within set choices.

The testing to show that the items were removed during the 1st maintenance after the date was under the old style removal, when it applied to active accounts.
  15. One cautionary note:

If your account is inactive, after 60 days* anything on the market will be removed. Bids, inf from sales, items stored and not posted.

    Empty your market slots.

*Player testing showed it to be the 1st server maintenance after the 60 day window
  16. http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Table_of_Special_IOs
    is a great reference

Those three are all 'proc 120s' types. As long as you have the power when you exemp, they will remain active no matter what level the IOs are.

Lose the power, and you lose the effect.

Doesn't even need to be defense heavy. I have done it on a regen scrapper, a fire armour brute, even a blapper and a blaptroller.

The healing nictus is a wuss damage wise.
  19. Heroside:
I basically don't store any salvage, as in long term

In my personal SG I drop the common salvage into bins for the field crafter to use, and she comes on a sweeps the bins clean maybe once a week or so.

    Redside:
I tend to store uncommons mid and high level. The Black market volatility is pretty bad on those.
  20. If the release is on Thursday July 1st in time for the Holiday weekend, that 1 day after the 2nd quarter

    14 level 50s
    10 Blue
    4 Red

    1 Hero 50 may waver a touch
3 of the redsiders will come partway at least.

Most of my planned Vigilante/Rogues are not at 50.

The four new powersets (Pistols, Demons, Elec Control and Kinetic Melee) all require having GR. It was stated explicitly at PAX-East
