Resilience
I was just about to post this too.
I've been trying to decide what to drop so I can fit Tough and Weave into the build.
It's come down to Touch of Fear or Resilience.
ToF was really handy in the early levels, not so much now but it does have its uses.
I'm just not sure if I'll be hurting without Resilience.
So, I'm interested in this answer as well.
Maestro Mavius - Infinity
Capt. Biohazrd - PCSAR
Talsor Tech - Talsorian Guard
Keep Calm & Chive On!
Given the choice of either Touch of Fear or Resilience, I'd take ToF any day of the week.
ToF comes with a pretty substantial -ToHit debuff, so even if it didn't Fear the target, their ability to hit back is greatly reduced.
As for Resilience in general...? Eh, it's not really the greatest. Integration will cover you for pretty much anything short of being surrounded by Green Ink Men.
I ended up taking it on my Elec/Regen, but that was mostly because I had nothing else to really choose from.

While I do have Resilience on both of my 50 /regen scrappers it's more of a "filler" power than anything I really see as particularly valuable. Yeah, the additional MAG 5.5 stun protection is occasionally nice to have but I wouldn't consider it essential by any means.
I'd certainly take it over Revive, but after that it's probably the most skippable power in the set now that MoG has been changed into something useful.

On my current build for Cat I nabbed it at 47, slotted a steadfast into it and called it good.
It is nice to stack with tough, but ToF would be more important to me.

I was thinking of respec'ing out of it on my Regen. It offers very little resistance, but offers resistance to Disorient. Would Integration be enough to protect me from Disorient effects, or do I need to stack the two?
