Quick question regarding Healing uniques

I know the damage procs will keep working if you exemplar below their level, you just won't get the set bonuses if you go more than 3 levels below. Do the Regenerative tissue, Miracle, and Numina's uniques also do this? Or do I need to snag 'em at a nice low level to get 'em working when I'm helping out my lowbie friends?

Those three are all 'proc 120s' types. As long as you have the power when you exemp, they will remain active no matter what level the IOs are.

Lose the power, and you lose the effect.
