Question is why CoH have to use launcher while I can get in other NCsoft game I play without it?

I've also got points last month on 12th, but this month I've got my points normal, 1 day after subscription renew (maybe even less then 1 day, but I wasn't logged to check). So I think form now on we will receive PP on billing date or maybe day after.
Trouble is that all people that had billing date after 12th received their points earlier, so people who's billing date is at the end of the month will have to wait month and half to get new ones. So if your billing date is for ex. 19th, you should have your points on 19th or 20th, even if you received them last time on 12th or 13th.
I don't know what is the situation with people that had billing date before 12th. -
Never deleted 50 even if I have stop playing it. Never deleted alt over level 15 even if I don't like it. We got free server transfers with GR that I have used to move them to French or German server.
Then I've got 5 server transfers when they were on discount when Freedom started + 1 free each month, that is enough to move 50's to servers I don't play on (much more choice now since list merged) and even to bring them back if I change my mind and decide to give them another chance. -
Dr. Q. is so great, that I wouldn't do it again even for month of free subscription.
Sarah and Faathim are not bad, but they would be much better if they were shorter (and giving Faathim cell phone or some sort of telepathic communication would help a lot).
Justin can be done quick, think it can be done in 1-1:30h, with some team coordination. Still fighting grays in not much of fun.
Shadow shards have the best design in the game, and I hope that devs will find time to fix it content one day.

Any news on time manipulation guide?
Mine time/electric (yes I know electric have less damage, but wanted tech based alt) is great. On level 34-35 I can solo +2 without any problem and can "sort of" tank in teams. My beam rifle/time corruptor is in mid 20's, and still need at least Farsight to show full potential.
Planing to make one with fire, but it is hard to decide between defender and corruptor (get buffs/debuffs earlier, or have extra damage). It was much easier when only corruptors had fire as option.

You are most likely trying to use wrong door to dam. Just one of them will let you in again (think that right one have two longbows guarding them - might be mistaking about that). Just try clicking different doors around, one of them will let you in.

With so many alts I was usually run old sewers run till level 7-8 then exit to KR and do radios, then Hollows, back to KR just to do next bank mission, back to Hollows or to SC...
Now I do one new sewer trial to get to level 5+ and continue as usual in KR...
I don't like new starting missions, there are too may street hunts that I never liked, so I skip them.
I do prefer starting in Praetoria, but since the most of my friends stopped using Praetoria as starting place, I am force to use Atlas/Mercy and DFB.

I don't see much difference in leveling time, but I have joined the game when leveling was already easier.
Doing regular content (+TFs) it still takes me between 2 months and 3+ years to reach 50 (I still have alt from the beginning that haven't reached 50). Getting to 35 is easy and maybe bit to fast, but then getting from 35-50 is still slow, especially for people that have lot of alts.
If you think you are leveling too fast there is always the option to turn of Xp so that is not that much of the problem.
About new low level content I still prefer Praetoria missions, but it is much harder to find team there and being stuck till level 20 is bad. Maybe letting people choose side at lower level and be allowed to leave Praetoria and return if they want to continue with missions would be the best option that would make more people want to play it again. I know that missions are harder there, but I like choices and it never get bored doing Praetoria stories unlike Atlas or Mercie ones. -
Consider doing it over couple of days time.
Dr.Q TF is the most boring TF ever, and doing same missions over and over again just make you sick. First time I did it it took around 5-6h all at once and it was painful experience.
I did it couple of times after to help SG, but we were doing it over 3-4 days time (1-2h each day, then log off and meet again tomorrow) - it is easier that way.
Still whenever someone mention Dr. Q I run the other way - as far I can get.

One more trick, before spawning monster (going close to center) run on graves and spawn as many zombies you can without killing them. Then run to the center and wait for timer to appear.
If team has AoEs you can get 20 or more zombies in just few seconds.

I like Praetoria stories, ability to switch sides and spy opposing side, look of new zones and I even like that enemies are harder then in Atlas/Mercy.
I like Praetoria missions more then new Atlas/Mercy missions, that to me feel like prolonged tutorial with lot of street hunting (which I never liked).
(DFB is fun, but not more then once, twice per alt)
Things that are bad about starting in Praetoria are:
- Missing first two bank missions (especially if you plan to go to red side where it is needed for accolade)
- Can't join 2 TF in level range on blue side and 1 SF on red side (but at least you can do them on higher levels)
- Can't join SG
- Too many ambushes in missions. -

We have tried, hopping it would work same as TF (every team do separate TF, but we stay in league for chat), but unfortunately we couldn't enter queue until we had split into 2 teams. -
So you are actually saying that we will get pp for October either on 11th (for people having billing date from 1st to 11th) or on are billing date (for all others). If we don't get them then we can contact support - that thing is clear.
Now the confusing part:
We will get monthly VIP Paragon Reward Tokens on usual date that we were receiving them before? Are we supposed to get Tokens for September or October? Will we get them at all in October or that were September Tokens that we got with Freedom early start? Is there a way to check when is my token due? -

Maybe my attention works differently since I have spent all my life watching movies with subtitles and have to concentrate on two different thing in the same time.
Speaking about "leet speak", I don't think that people who are not native in English use it much. I might use some usual game abbreviations like lft, pst, gratz, tnx but I still doesn't know what "cn u oro" means.
Also you can't expect that someone who has been learning English for year have same knowledge as people who have been learning it more then 10 years. People who just started learning language would not know finesses and would have problem with they're and their, loose and lose, which is no excuse for people that are native in English (or leaning it for long time) to make them, too.
Original post actually show us that proof reading job is very hard, and we can easily not notice obvious mistake.
I still find that, of all languages I have learned over years, English have the most complicated spelling, but on the other hand there are no declinations and conjugations which make it much easier to learn then some other languages (Latin, Slavic languages). -
Everyone have their priorities. First alignment merit I ever got was on Signature arc, since I do hero tips just to go vigilante/rogue.

Have you thought of making also something/rad corruptor or rad/something defender? Two rads combine great.

1. is no for sure. Tested that on second account. You get to keep all salvage and recipes you already had and you can sell them (or keep them) - but new ones don't drop.

I would be something in between. Something like Robin Hood - steal from rich, give to poor (and keep some cash for living).
I always end up as chaotic/good character in games. I don't mind helping anybody with even smallest problem and I am willing to sacrifice myself for others - but always taking with me whatever is not locked down (and even some things that are locked down).

And we have pencil skirt option - does it cause clipping issues with MA?? Have to try. If it does - there is no reason not to have long skirt. No other power set should have problem with it. -
When I've tried IO licence on Beta - it was instant. Haven't even needed to log out.
