  3. we have a fully working riadable base on the test server, you can check off against that if you so wish.
  4. yeah, but it's still stupid system, because to accually get the good stuff for the bases you have to gain lots of badges, and then collect lots of salvageto make these one off things that then cost massive amounts. this means that it always going to take a while for people to accually make an "uber base" though again i think they where mostly thinking of the US when they did this system, not here.
  5. only takes it away form when it starts up it uses about 15 end point, so one will drop that right off, anymore is a bit of a wast on rage, and nothing stops the down cycle, execpt unstoppable, but it only ten seconds, not very harsh at all, as long as you not in a fight. and ther eis not cost at the drop, jsut a def debuff and unable to attack for 10 seconds
  6. seems like an intersting build mate, play it, see how it works, there are always 3 respecs if you unhappy with it later on, other than that, good luck in the game.
  7. i would agree with Question, also, you haven't taken KO blow, your single most effective attack, take it, it's amasing. hand clap is near useless, as these days you need to team with controlers, all of whom have holds and this will jsut disrupt them. Hurl is up to you, though i hate how slow it is.

    For the toggles on Inuvl i double slot for ends reduction, and 3 slot Damres/def buff (depending on which the power takes) i also have the passives 3 slotted just to bring the other damage res lvls up, but is is negitable.

    Attacks, Mine all have 3 damage and 1 ends reduction, with a recarge rate and acc buff on Footstomp and KO blow. i also took rage, which seems to be about a 50% damage buff, and it improves accuady while active, it is best uesed towards the ned of a figth, to give you an finshing off rought, this is because the down cycle is unavoidable, so you need to be free of a fight befor it ends, or you could well be in trouble.

    Waiting till 30 for stamina is a strange way to go, you will need it long before then, get it at twenty, as does waiting till 20 for SS, get you travel power ASAP, it is an enormous boon. the teens will seem dull becuase of all the pool powers you have to get, but it is worth it when in the 20+ range, the char jsut gets better and better.

    Also the accuracy toggle from the EM Ancillery pool is good jsut for that extra buff to acc, but again, that is personal tastes.

    But in the end, your tanker will only be really good against smash/leathal damage, and there sod all you can do about it.
  8. well as a big old time defianteer, i have started going to the GG meeting with my PB who exists on both severs, it's fine, i have to say i am sad enought to lvl them both up on both severs, jsut not very much, certainly thouhg the Union Rp commiunity is much more (so far as i can tell) accessible, main becuse thay don't hve to run for the hills went hordes of ravening power games attempt to hunt them down though i have seen a post in the defiant bord of peeps trying to start a RP SG

    Slotting /Invul

    that not totally true, the third slot on the none toggles (not toughhide, this is def not res, so is much lower) is about 3%( to total res for that damage type) also, as a tanker found dull pain can be double edged sword, and am not sure dull pain does that on the invul verion (never got more than a 20% boost myself, even with 3 heals pre I6) but it can hurt you alot more when it wares off, i give the toggles 5 slots total ( two ends reduction, 3 damage resists) but i lean towards liking really loow ends costs, but what has to be remberd is that you will have less slots as we only go to lvl 40 in CoV, so some of the slottings my not be possable. maybe some one can point you in the direction of a Villan planner.
  10. Sry this should have been Inuvl(tanker)/energy(blaster priamry), wuld be really good fun, if nothing else, though any of the tanker piramryd with blaster pirmarys would be hardcore.

  14. to try to accually reply to you question ( as everyone else seems to have missed the point) rage is a power in the SS pool, good damage and acc buff that when it fruns out leave you unable toattack and with lower defence for 10 second, it's very useful on my SS/invul tanker in CoH, am guess in would b3e really good on a brute, though wouldent recomend taking it till lvl 28 or so, it's not a toggle and take up almost no endurance and even with ED is permerable (becuse it doesnt negate the down cycle). is a good damge boost, with that and fury, you should be able to avoid the need for damage enhancements at all, though the down cycle can be dangerous if you not careful (i.e. if you in a fight you might need to drop a couple of purps to get through, depending on the fight)

  16. hate to be a mean mean person, but i really think it a dangerous power to take, yes it is very handy but only for short period, it it wares off in the middle of fight you are in real danger if faceplanting, the bonus is not justifed by the penalty, have seen it kill way more people than it has helped, also, 7% def is totally difrent to 12% res, and the autos are ment to act as a base to the toggles, (unyeding accually gives the most of the res to damage types) ehich is why they have no idurance costs. but int he end you do have to make the decison about waht to take. but in my opion unstoopable is a mistake for a tanker, as if your stuck at the front of a medium sized group when it falls, you are toast.
  17. it really really bad, you can transfer infuence to perstige, but you only get 4000 for every million prestige, something tells me they need to improve that excange rate and lower the costs of everything, becuase this is Ridiculous, am still not sure why the prices are so high or why the infuence system wasent used, other than whim.

  19. The Evil ONe, well, no point beating around the bush is there, plus beating things to death is fun, messy but fun.

    the consept was easy, as was the power sets, inverse of my hero. some time people just chose to be unplesant, and it's easyer than being nice
  20. will be at GG tonight, but not in anything other an my own costume (mainly cos my Union Alts are way to low to have actual extra costume slots or the money to use them)
