Are we going to hold it under the statue? I'd suggest a base but I don't know if everyone will have access by then (or incdeed, if anyone will have enough prestige in place to decorate a set)

I'd say the only other potential location would be the University Plaza in Salamanca, which has the right atmosphere. Unfortunately, we'd kill a lot of alts getting to it and even most of our mains aren't high enough level to be ignored by the locals.

There was a trick or treat halloween event last year, I read. You went up to a door and either got a present-y thing as a treat, or a group of Halloween monsters spawn on you as a trick.
And the monsters are now running around Croatoa. Nothing like a bit of recycling to make it look like you're spending money.

Discussion time peeps, from costume potentials to where we want to hold it, to bets on who'll be kissing who by the end of the night/who'll be dead and reanimated/who'll have a major crisis/relationship breakdown etc.
