for a bounty like this we need and a reasoning

i am a rich bounty hounter i take pleasure from what i do and not the money hmmmm but for 50 mil we can work something out...

Ah you will only pay 50million inf to a villain?
So Inf has to be in you Hero, as no villains exist yet! Can you transfer influence to a villain?
Also a lvl50 tanker would be hard to bring down at the best of times, but with villains none yet will be a week-10 days at least to reach Cap, which is 40. How exactly will this happen?
my stalking hall begin, may take a litle while. Scouting the subject and so forth.....(ie excuse that i need to lvl my villain first)

AFAIK, it is impossible to transfer inf between heroes and villains, and you wont be having 50 million infamy in the near future... (unless you join whatever is CoV equivalent of dreck fan club )

And to answer a previous question - Auto Exemping should level the playing field, especially if they have respec'd badly and they have lost their best powers whilst in Bloody Bay at lvl 25....

powernova, no sorry u cant have the money..
He is known to have a WarShade called Abc.Harlequin(lvl27), a further bounty of 27million inf is on the slab.
For Harlequin, if he reaches lvl 30/40/50 the inf value will increase by 10 million inf. Again the screengrab is required.
