adding the 5th power to more than half the epic sets is really a great change imop.
Darkest nigth is gonna make a diffrence for more than one Brute i think and world of confusion is gonna help my littel defender more than a littel

I have a Spines DA on 50 he was slottet with sets along the way to 50 and fullu done wen hitting the big end number. i have looked up the price of the powers and then slottet set IOs that had end redux as part of the bonus they gave he have wery few actual full sets but most of his attacka have IOs from 3 different sets for a nice big endredux togeather with good damage and Acc . look at sets taht give bonus end wen having only 2 slottet and then pick t with endurance in there name.
also sets give a big acc bonus compared to other bonuses so if you get at good overall acc bonus you can save acc slotting in favor of end redux. mine have been almost self financing and is abel to run non stop. becauise of 80%+ endredux in almost everything. i always go with everytoggel on and it works Great.
Dont worry about having a level cleaving blow slottet it is still 20%/20% witrch is better taht SOs
onlt skippabel power is the first one from soines i think.

I have onlt played WP to 20 so far and on the early levels it outperforms every other set imo.
Gets everything before the others.
I dont know if that is going to last in to the later levels.

I have no clue about the finer mechanics in Vigilance but i can see with out a doubt that if i solo i run out of end and on teams i dont. I think that is pretty neat.
And no it is not bacause of buffs or inactivity on teams

I have a littel guy with DM/elec and he is a Killer.

I only have a fire tanker and i find burn fantastic both for damage and migration as it can give that breather you often need.
And dont worry about tha taunt it already last long enough for them to return to you for more of the same kind.
And geting it perma wile it sounds intriging it will hardly be needed.

i think you can do with getting travel power later and getting unyelding asap. Status protection is THAT importent. I cannot see wat sets you are using but make sure that you dont end up with a brute with endurance problems because quite frankly that is a sad thing so the slot in boxing goes in weave as an endredux. you will not need boxing so no slots there.
other things others must see.
