Did DM/Elec up to 22 before deleting... and that was ages ago. But to FoTM for me atm, pardon my weakness.
Lightning Reflexes will do little to make DB even faster as you will have spammable attacks and combinations anyway (if you plan on taking all the attacks). So, if you want /elec for the +recharge alone you could as well take any other secondary powerset for DB.
If it has eyes, you can blind it, if it has blood, you can make it bleed, if it has a mouth, you can make it scream.

I agree 100%!
You shouldn't take Electric Armour for the +Recharge (because +20% is easily gotten with set bonuses as well) but for the set as a whole.
Elec should pair very nicely with DB. Given DB's AoE/cone capabilities combined with elec's +rech, AoE damage aura and end drain powers you shouldnt have to worry about fury, endurance or recharge.
Although, I cant be sure of all that the build definitely looks nice on paper. Good fury generation, self buffs, debuffs, +end power, +rechg power, and a good tier9.

/elec is nice because it offers nice resists for all kind of dmg in high lvls, and it is almost the most overall complete secondary set (lack of selfheal IMHO).
But pairing it with DB has no synergies, since DB already recharges really fast, and LR (as u said) might be overkill.
What i heard, DB has low end attacks, although u will be spamming them... Maybe its a nice idea to pair it with an end-hog secondary...
My bet is DB/DA or DB/SA (although SA has some inconvenients, u know)... Maybe a DB/EA (yeah, energy) is a try that would be good to taste... DB has some attacks and combos that gives -acc, and that stack nicely with /EA defense...

Ok folks im thinking of rolling a DB/Elec brute.
Will be entirely PvE.
Will be team based, but not completly built for teaming. Lets say 75% team, 25% solo mix.
What are peoples thoughts?
Judging by DB fast recharge / animation times, and combined with Elecs +recharge passive... should be able to build fury fast. ? Is this overkill ? Will the animation times actually stop me from having an effective flurry?
Thoughts on this build?
Otherwise, I was thinking DB/Fire.
