Really? I was teaming with a Stone/Fire (lvl 33) last night and he didn't have Stamina and he wasn't running out of end at all. Also the DPE is still the same as it was before if not better now. And by still the same and mean DPE in dom to your DPE now all the time. So you if you were not permadom you DPE is now a lot better.

SL=2.112
MG=2.244

MG need to recharge in 4.488
SL need to recharge in 4.62
Smite need to recharge in 2.112

((base recharge)/(required recharge)) - 1

Smite: 6/2.112-1=184%
SL:10/4.62-1=116%
MG: 15/4.488-1=234%

Well I just got done playing my dom (Plant/Elec) and it is a lot of fun to me now. Was defeating things a lot fast and mishs overall were faster, Oh and had no endurance issues at all.

He only does that one time I believe. The power is similar to Dull Pain I think and might actually raise his HP total. In any event it does increase his regen while it's up. Just keep fighting him.

it is Earth's Embrace which is just like Dull pain. It says it recharge is 120s but I have only seen him use it once when I solo him.

Now DM/SD is a great AV solo but it does take a lot of money to make great. It is still a great and fun build without a lot of money too.

Some power you should take as soon as you can for DM are
Smite
Siphon Life
Soul Drain
Midnight Grasp
I would also take Shadow Maul and Shadow Punch early too so you can have a AoE attack and a ok attack chain.
Touch Of Fear is a good power but I don't like it and you can skip it.
Dark consumption is another good power but you do not need to get it at lvl 18 get it when you can fit it in to your build.

for Shield Defense
Actve defense is a must take at lvl 10!!!
Should have Battle Agillity no later then lvl 22, after you get stamina
The other powers take when you can fit them in you should have all but Grant Cover by lvl 30 you can wait for that power.

Gratz Infernal is not that easy for Kat becuase he as 25% Resistance Lethal. Good job.

Those are very nice Trick, really like the one with Tierce.

What? I have seen my brother Inv tank, Tank a MoSTF with out and Emp. You can do great things with IO his build is only about 300 mil, not a lot. If you need a pocket healer you might when to re look you build. Inv is a great set and can do great things.

slotting Active Defense with Hamis will Enhance the value of your resistance to Defense Debuff. It doesn't show in mids but it works in game.

Invincible and your self is all you need Soloing on Invincible will make the EB an AV.

Wrong!!! I have never seen an underlying message of No Temps/Insps. It is up to the Peason but I'm sorry saying you didn't solo and AV because of Insps is just worng. Now Temps power will make most AVs a joke for a Scrapper.

Edit: Also the no temps/no insps is something I think Werner did to challenge his build now every one thinks that is the rule. It is not a rule it is a challenge.

Yes it is. It is the Worst ST DPS for any Scrapper or Brute. With just SO it as a DPS of 80(Look here) that is not going to be able to solo an AV. Even with Max out builds its DPS is only 135.9(Here) which is still very low for a Scrapper

Shadowhunter wasn't bad for me guess I just got lucky

Now Infernal took about an hour to kill. It was a long fight and I don't know why I didn't just give up.

Do you need that much defense? I don't PvP but most of you Defense is from IO so I would think DR would kill your defense numbers in PvP.

Now for PvE it is way too much. The Defense of Soft capped is 45%. That mean it will flood the to hit of your foes. 45% will be the same like having 61% defense. This is for PvE I don't know how much defense you want for PvP.

I'm going to ask to see Pics. Sorry but with just SO Spines DPS sucks and even with IOs it still sucks. It is going to be a 20+ min fight easy. Also /Fire does need a lot of help. Even with using Insp I still don't see a Spine/Fire soloing an AV. Now with Temps power I could see it but that is not the same. Why it is soloing it is way easyer to do. Also make sure it is not an EB.

Yes Elec melee would be cool to get. We have only had Powerset Proliferation once and the plan is to port every thing over that fits. So Scrapper should be Elec melee sometime just don't count on it to be anytime soon.

With Elec armour they are going to need to make some change it some. Elec armour as Conserve Power and that is in the Scrapper Epic pool. So I would assume that they would like to change that first and take away Conserve Power for Elec before they give it to Scrappers and Tanks, but I could be worng.

Well with Dual Blades I have found best to skip Empower and Weaken combos. The combos don't do a lot of damage. So I would skip Nimble Slash and never take it. You can also hold off on Typhoon's Edge too. You will want to get Blinding Feint as soon as you can it is a great power.

Now for later Combos I go with Blinding Feint>Attack Vitals>Power Slice when Hasten is down and when Hasten is up Blinding Feint>Attack Vitals. That would be your best bet to aim for. I think this is a better attack chain with a higher recharge build. Sweep is a good combo too but I don't do it that much.
