Frontload? I am not familiar with this term. Whats the Frontload and how does it effect Burn? I also thogh the dot was like .20 or something like that so even if yo doubled it it would still be under 1.0 there for wouldnt show a change on the DOT. (the .20 was just a excample i dont know what the damage is actually)

Oh I know that.. but since that announcement, there have been 2 CoH-side revamps, and a couple co-op zones.. I don't count that as CoV content. No one should- it's really frustrating that in order to have even remotely equal content, you have to make your villain a Rogue. There is still to this day a serious disparity between hero and villain TFs and I'm sorry.. as beautiful as Praetoria is (and I do like it a lot) it is very disappointing to hear that 1/2 your game is still getting shafted after what.. 4 years?

If I have any say in the matter, which I do, yes. We will add to Praetoria. It's too amazing and rich a universe to introduce it and forget about it. We've just scratched the surface on what's going on there, so I'd like players to see what else is going on.

My Fire/Fire scrap has languished in the late 20s-early 30's for a while because of all the 'usless' powers it had. Since I saw the buffs in closed I've been leveling him live- I can't wait! Is Fire/Fire squishy, yup- but I look at it as a mini-game by itself.... "Can I kill everything before they kill me.. lets find out- BANZAI!"
Thematically I understand the no KB protection in Fire but in DA and Definitely in Nin it makes NO sense at all. At least with FA I can take Temp Protection (at some point in a build you will hit a level where you don't have any 'good' power choices) and chuck a Steadfast in it without any Build juggling. DA and Nin don't have that luxury and either have to sacrifice a slot somewhere that could be out to better use. (Stalker DA excluded- ty Shadow Dweller) I'm with bAss- I am very disappointed that the KB hole still exists and will be with us for a while. Maybe when Nin gets ported to Scrappers we can get that fixed at least! -
Another good ep. But I keep feeling something is.. 'off' with the writing this season, I can't place it. It might be with the "role reversal" between Peter and Neil, now with Peter being the one doing a behind the back investigation more then Neil. Or maybe it's the feeling that Neil got "over" Kate's death WAY too fast for me.
OH, and I'm sorry.. a master con like Neil didn't guess at the "fake wall" trick from the get go? Hello? Hell, you can learn that one just by watching ANY cop TV show from the last 40 years! -
Of all the Chapters they had to pick Imperial Fists? Even Ultramarines would look better then bright yellow.

Of the 2, with Dual Blades, definitely go INV. Using Kinetic Combats and Multi-Strikes, you can soft-cap s/L defense with Invincibility using 1 guy in range. Back that up with the best S/L Resists available to Brutes and he can be a real Beast.
Taking Resist Energies & Elements (combined with RPD which you have to take) will give you all your Defense Debuff and other exotic resist- but you really don't need to slot them. The only easily skippable power (to me anyway) is Unstoppable- the crash is just too deadly! -

I came across a new person last night in Atlas as well.
Checked and saw they had no badges at all.
So I sent a blind trade request (haha), they accepted.
Without really checking my character, I just proceeded to hit the 1 key and then six zeros. Figured it would be nice to let them start out with a million influence.
That prompted a ten minute conversation with them about the game, what to expect, the people etc etc etc.
I asked them to let me add them to my friends list *yes I know I don't need their permission, but I was being nice* and told them that I would keep checking in on them as they progressed. Told them to don't hesitate to call on me if they need help or have a question.
After I was done I went on my merry way with my lowbie alt and realized that I had given away the only million influence I had on that character haha.

another cool thing I love is LR in.. knock em all on their *****- build up then Thunderstrike- the single target is always critted and all around are 50%.. I've slaughtered spawns doing this...

The accolades and perma-DP(hasten+55% rech) (plus one +hp set bonus from anywhere) = hp cap. If you're going for +hp set bonuses... don't. It's just silly. -
I too just started my 1st /Regen- and I decided to do an unusual 1: Elec/Regen. I'm finding the sleeps and KD in Elec are helping a lot with mitigation. I just hit 22 and with newly slotted 25 generic IOs I am steamrolling through things already. The build I'm planning is a mix of Max HP and almost-perma Dull Pain (I'm about 10 seconds off).

This is on a NVidia 9800 GT, the bare minimum roughly in terms of Ultra-capable cards. I have ZERO lag anywhere, only the known spots like Recluse Square in GV (and thats only on a DA Brute with all toggles running). I've cruised through a MSR with no glitches. Does the code need optiomization? Yes, every new patch does, that takes a week or so. Also the Market is deliberately off-line to PREVENT a mass wipe of a lot of people stuff.. caused by a bug that only appeared when the live population tried it.
The Issue was absolutely ready, nothing is 100% perfect but 17 was as polished as could be- stop whining because you unfortunately drew the short straw on bugs this time round- happens to all of us at some point. -

Blaming the CB testers is... well.. childish. The core people who are routine CBs are VERY concise and methodical in their testing. Do they catch every bug? No, no one can. But I can assure you that without them, any issue would be a flat out disaster.
Oh.. and I must comment on your fallacy- you did NOT pay $45 to play an unplayable game. You paid $45 to play an expansion that will be released in 3 months. Bugs aside, the ONLY thing that that $45 "entitles" you to in I17 is Dual Pistols & Demon Summoning. THAT is all. -

I'm considering a Kinetic Melee Brute. I was wondering what secondary would work well for it. Willpower, as usual, will probably be awesome. Energy Aura will probably match KM aesthetically, but I can't stand it, even after the recent buff. Invulnerability sounds like it could be really powerful on a Brute, so I'm considering that pretty strongly.
Hm....KM/Will or KM/Invul? At least I have a couple of months to decide.

Kin/EAseems a perfect pairing, but so can SR, say the suit can move YOU at that speed for a split second to avoid an attack. -
My Elec/Elec softcapped to melee is my favorite to play.. I can roll through anything in the game whatsoever. Working on a new BS/SR that may be second place when I'm done.
