Robotics: cool idea, but they are soooo dang loud when they run, improve them like you did clockwork in Praetoria. bring them up to the 21 century and give them treads, wheels or a sound that is not so obnoxious, I know they will always block doors but they don't have to drown out the sounds of the glowies in the missions, its uncalled for.

TBH, I'd rather the made the current sets customisable rather than introduce new ones.

I want to have my Thugs as boiler-suited Bond villain henchmen instead of generic gang members.

Quote:For some reason I thought of this...My wish now would be a set of a Angel/Celestial Set.

 Minion-Angel-Staff- one pair of wing
Liut-Seraphine-Dual blade 3 pair of wind
Boss-Arcangel-BS/Titan WEapon 2 Pair of big wing

All with the ability to fly, I want flying pets. The attack could be Some energy melee attack, Or to be a first for MM Some Melee weapon Like a Sacre flaming sword/staff.

It make sense since we have demon, and would be a very heroic focus set, something we "don't" Have. Also it would very easy to create since they would be human model with already exiting Set. They could also satisfied those that wish to have a Knight set.

The lions in the Beast Mastery set are clearly female, so the devs have listened!
-
Unfortunately it's a key part of any "free" to play model to charge people for stuff as often as possible.

There was a large mothership raid on Saturday evening, but as far as I know the LGTFs never happened, so there was no invasion.

edit: nvm, I was thinking about something completely different...
-
I'd like to see wolves, mountain lions and a bear.

They're all native to North America, so it makes sense to have that mix.

Either a Robots/Time or Mercs/Time MM for me I think.

An abililty to rewind time a la Curtis in Misfits might be cool, but would be hard to implement.

For those that haven't yet seen the I20 overview:

Group Area Buffs: To make buffing easier for Teams and Leagues, these buff powers now affect all the eligible characters within a 30-foot-radius around the targeted character. (Previously, you had to target and buff each individual character to use these powers.)
 - Cold Domination (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Ice Shield and Glacial Shield
- Force Field (Defenders, Controllers, Masterminds): Deflection Shield and Insulation Shield
- Kinetics (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Increase Density and Speed Boost
- Sonic Resonance (Defenders, Controllers, Corruptors): Sonic Barrier and Sonic Haven
- Thermal Radiation (Controllers, Corruptors, Masterminds): Fire Shield and Plasma Shield

You don't need to go with the Pet Damage sets that have procs becuase you can put them into Hell on Earth instead.

Blood Mandate works pretty well in Summon Demons and Summon Demonlings, and it gives some nice set bonuses to defence.

Summon Demon Prince is a bit tricky becuase he tends to run out of endurance. So 1x End Red IO and five enhancements from the pet damage set of your choice should do the business.

If the aforementioned set happens to have one of the procs, all well and good - you can have three recharge IOs and three pet procs in Hell on Earth. If it doesn't, then you can go with four procs and two recharges.

Quote:Which Enforcer powers trigger the Achilles proc? Is it all of their attacks, or just some?Soulbound BU is WAY better than the Gaussians.
Gausians is basically a waste. 5% chance? naw.

Even Achilles is better. -res for more damage for ALL your pets.

This isn't on the boards anywhere, just from personal conversations with a friend that does a LOT of Masterminding.

Number 5 depends on what sort of henchman you're talking about.

Some, such as the Tier 3s in Necromancy and Demon Summoning are useful for their controls, so not slotting them for damage won't hurt as much as with a Bruiser.

I am intrigued by this and would like to subscribe to your newsletter.

I dabbled with both dark and storm during the beta.

Out of the two, dark seemed to be the better choice, but I'm going with storm for conceptual reasons and because I figure that everyone else will be using dark.

Although curiously, there is a duel pistol (ie a old-school flintlock) model for the guns in the Dual Pistols set...

Quote:It's easy to improve something when it's a steaming pile of excreta.I did vote CO over CoH, simple fact they have noticiable progression in the game-development, currently i see CoH dead in its tracks (apart from some game mechanic stuff like superSK and such).

It's less easy to improve something that's already pretty decent.

That might explain why CO has seen more improvement than CoH.
