  2. Do you swap between two separate accounts on the same PC?

    I do, and I've noticed that when I do I sometimes get the fog of war problem as well as the current zone displayed for each character in the character list will be messed up.

    I assume that's what bothering a lot of people about it. Personally I'll never spend points on any consumable item. I never liked consumable items in any game, I rarely use inspirations and heck even when playing Titan Quest I often died rather than using a health potion.

    However, I realise that many people may spend points on consumables, so I don't have a problem with them been in the store.

    As long as they don't market them in a such a way to try and trick people into the purchase without realising they are limited consumables, or worst, include then a deal with non-consumables just to jack up the price.

    In this case I don't see any issues.
  4. If I’m on at the time you want to run any trial then I’ll be happy to help. I think I may had been on the one you mentioned (as Titan Misstress), which I agree we did surprising well considering it was the 1st trial for half of the team and we only got a couple of grenades.

    Due to the number of trials I’ve been on I’ve learnt a lot from good leaders like VillanTech and know what to do when. However, by nature I do not enjoy leading teams and may not explain things very well. I'll run from that “star” faster than almost anyone else

    In short, if I’m on I’ll be happy to help in any way.
  5. I thought they changed it so SG mode made no different to the amount of INF you receive some time ago (I'm sure that was something that I read in the patch notes when I came back to the game). Since I've came back I have always been running around in SG mode... oh well, I guess I didn't notice the reduction in INF anyway so it dosn't matter.
  6. Oh well looks like I won't be doing any more of these arcs. The first one I could do easy on any AT, this second one the end boss I have no chance to solo (at least on my DB/DA Scapper). Get a team you say? Well yes, if there was anyone else on the same time as me I would (only on weekends do I get a chance to team and then I'm normally doing iTrials). Besides I, like a lot of others, perfer to solo.

    I don't mind difficult missions and either those that require a full team, but these I thought where going to be special missions that everyone could enjoy, seems not.

    Maybe I'm just missing some simple trick...

    I think the reward table for these Arcs is too good for it not to be shared across all the arcs. If they were all separate rewards tables then there would be far too many A-Merits been collected each week.

    I had this same problem the other week, selling and buying back the generator didn’t fix it. However I found that creating a new room then deleting it did (may or may not work for you).
  9. There was a known bug with the Enchantment storage that I thought they mentioned they fixed it with the last patch (use to get slower and slower when using storage before finally crashing).

    However, I not sure if it the same problem with the Inspiration storage (I can't remember having the same problem with Inspiration storage). Maybe by fixing the problem with one storage they caused a problem with the other....

    From Lothic post I get the expression that there is a hard limit of 100 tokens? Is this the case, some of my characters currently have over 90 tokens and although I'll likely never have to used them (I've been lucky with only a couple of costumes ever been broken), somehow I know I'll just “have” to used them before I hit any maximum number if there is one

    I'm getting that error on my "premium" account also. My VIP account is fine, by what should be an premium account (ie. previously cancelled VIP account) gets the "Cannot logon due to lack of payment... " error. Submitted an petition, but no response so far.

    Offcourse the vast majority of people who purchase the same thing twice (by whatever method) will not notice (otherwise they wouldn't had done so) and therefore will not think of petitioning it. Maybe when they fix it they can query the data and see who did spend points for no reason and arrange refund (although that would likely be a big task).
  16. Interesting enought, you must also get credit towards the badges when you are a Team Leader on a iTrial. The other night I was surpised to see one been granted on one of my characters while I was during the Underground trial.
  17. With Explorer 9 no links to move off the front page where displayed the first few times I tried (I think they hide behind the video).

    However, as of a couple of minutes ago it looks like someone made some changes and it now displays correctly for me.
  18. My annual renew came around on the 24th, I got one extra token but no extra Paragon Points. Hopefully, it's happening to everyone and we don't have to put in individual petitions to get it fixed.

    As an Oceanic player I can see no reason to have a separate forum. I think most Oceanic players would post in Player Help, their own server or AT forums before even thinking about posting in the Oceanic forum. To be honest I didn't even realise there was a Oceanic forum.

  21. For one of my dark hero theme character I ended up taking Phantoms as the Lore Pets and just considered them as ghosts of prior conquests/victims. It’s a pretty you can’t customised them to make them “darker”, but they look ok with the “essence mist” around them.

    Got agree with Justice Blue’s advice also, keep the Empyreans until you “need” them, but don’t be afraid to use the Astrals.

    Good to know, I’ve stuffed up a few times in the past but never even thought about putting in a petition.

    One thing that I’ve done many times is while using the market UI to sell stuff, I’ve done a search first to check the price history but then entered the sell amount in the buy field and pressed buy instead of sell. Once it was a purple enchantment, but at least it just meant I lost the commission when I had to resell it.

    I have accentually sold at least one purple recipe to a vendor before, so now I trend to send any purple recipes I get to my own global name, so they sit in my email until I ready to sell or use them. Only a matter of time before I leave one in there for more than 50 days but

    Can I cry now?

    I tired one of the Hall of Fame Arcs yesterday and was very surprised to find it was just a complete farm with no effort what-so-ever of story etc. A lot of the text fields (including mob names) just had a single character, most often just "d".

    Not having play around with MA for some time, this one arc (and the fact it somehow got to hall of fame status) put me off MA once again.

    In future I think I think I just try the recommend Arcs mentioned here.
  24. Good to see you fixed the problem.

    A very similar issue was happening to me and I found that the problem was that my Anti-virus software (Zone Alarm) was displaying dialog boxes on the right side of the screen. Things like "Scan Completed" etc.

    They didn't take the screen focus if I was playing COH unless I happen to mouse over them. Which offcourse took focus away from COH and quite often at the same time the Zone Alarm notice will close so I didn't get to see it.

    I can only think the problem is that Zone Alarm tries to make the notice appear on top of any screen, but while COH is in full screen mode it doesn’t allow this. So you end up with a type of in-between area between the two. This only started to happen with version 10 of Zone Alarm, prior to then the notice will appear on top of any other program in windows mode, but behind any programs in full screen mode.

    I assume that the same problem can happen with other programs other then Zone Alarm.

    Not the same issue you had, but similar results.
  25. I have a simliar problem. I had a NPC called Raven that is now invalid. Hard to get a more common name then Raven, but anyway.

    I managed to fix it on one of my local copies, after hours of pulling my hair out! Every time I changed the details it kept coming back and I ended up with more and more copies of the same character in the same group....

    In the end I somehow managed to fix my local copy of the group.

    But how do I fix it on my published story, as every time I go to delete references to Raven in the arc it still says the group is invalid as it still has Raven in it. I assume this is because the publish copy of the group hasn't been fixed, but how do you overwrite that copy without fixing the arc first? Catch 22.

    I don't want to unpublish my arc as then I'll lose all the votes? Won't I?
