I know you do not want to reroll a WP brute, but I think it is a great set for TW. With Titan Weapon you have to maintain momentum and a regen is a very clicky powerset with MoG, IH, Recon and Dull Pain; however, WP is not. I like the toggle on and forget set so I can focus on my attack chain and not lose momentum.

I am a fan of Avatar "The Last Air Bender" and the new Avatar "The Legend Korra" and I was wonder what toon would you build that will have the same abilities Air, Earth, Fire, Water? I am not looking to be a clone, I just want an elemental toon to play. I was thinking of a Ice/Earth/Fire Mastery Dominator with Whirlwind and group fly for the air powers.

Here is my submissions for the common costume pieces. I figured to go with a military lower half and a tech armor upper. Its kinda like wearing a bullet proof vest. The pants also looks good with white, black and grey colors.

I was thinking of going Assault or Control on my fortunata/widow. Does the Mez from the control stack? I was wondering if I hit someone with 4 attacks, does this cause a mag 4 hold? Is the double damage like a crit from the assault set?

When slotting for a regen brute, is it better to slot for defense or resist bonuses?

I love my Mace/Invul scrapper and he is fun as hell. Mace is way better on Scrapper than brute or tanks IMO.

I was trying to think of a strong melee team and how about 8 DM/Shield scrappers (or Brutes). With the -to hit from the primary and Grant Cover and Fighting Phalanx will make the team really hard to get hit.

There's 1 extra slot as well, 3 if you want to under slot Pulverize to a Kinetic Combat Mule and just use Shatter in your single target chain. -

I'll admit my forays into /Devices haven't been all that thrilling; I blame Time Bomb. (Is Auto Turret good now? It's been a long time since I Deviced, and I think it's changed since then.) -

I'm quite used to faceplanting on the Blasters I do have, so I'm keenly aware of the glass component in 'glass cannon'! I'm just interested to hear opinions on the combinations.
What server are you looking to build it on? I have been looking for someone to team with a pure elemental character with. -
I was messing around on Mids and came up with this build. Tell me whatcha think. I got soft cap S/L/E/N. I tried to get soft cap on Fire as well, But I wasn't able too. I went Agility Core for the extra defense, recharge and endurance. Going to get Degenerative Radial Flawless Interface, Ion Core Final Judgement, Ageless Core Epiphany, and Cimeroran Core Superior Ally. I could go Storm Elemental, but I do not want my mobs to get KB with hurricane.

Quote:That sucks about the redraw.There is redraw with the Mace mastery, they do not use the same mace. Both EA and Invuln are solid choices. EA gives you significant end management and the stealth is very good. If you want to go Bane-like, EA seems the better choice.
If I were to make a Thorish type scrapper do you think he would be an Invul, Willpower, or Elec Armor? -
I tried it with my Energy/Elec/Mu Mastery Brute and it was horribly slow. I even got Spring attack, Ball Lightning, Electrifying Fences and Whirling Hands. Even with a pretty expensive build it was slow on mobs. It was great on single targets, but it was just no Foot Stomp. I am just waiting for another character to level up and I will transfer all my IO's to him.

After watching a certain comic book based movie and reading this thread I decided to make a WM. I tried WM a few years ago on a tanker and the damage was bad. I made a brute with WM and he was okay, so now I will give a scrapper a try. I just have a question, I am making my scrapper look like a Bane Spider and I was wondering if there is a redraw with WM and Mace Mastery? Do I use the same Mace? I was thinking of going EA for the defense, resist and stealth like a Bane or should I go Invul for the resist/defense?

If you want to play a blaster sapper then I suggest a Elec/MM. Drain Psyche with Short Circuit is an amazing drainer.

I should mention that this is a PvE build and I did not get placate. When I use Eye of the Storm with the chance to placate proc is more than enough. I also have all the the HO's in my base bins so it will lower the price tag for a lot.

This is my build I am planning on using. I am lvl 40 at the moment and just want another set of eyes on this build before I make it final. Please let me know what needs to be change. I have accolades activated and Agility incarnate as well. I dont know to use the Reactive Incarnate for the DoT or Diamagnetic for the 100% -to hit that can stack up to 4 times to insure I dont get hit as much? I am trying to not use purples so my build wont be too outrageous in price. I only have 2 bill to use and that is barely enough for 2 purple sets. Thanx for any help.
