This is my build I am planning on using. I am lvl 40 at the moment and just want another set of eyes on this build before I make it final. Please let me know what needs to be change. I have accolades activated and Agility incarnate as well. I dont know to use the Reactive Incarnate for the DoT or Diamagnetic for the 100% -to hit that can stack up to 4 times to insure I dont get hit as much? I am trying to not use purples so my build wont be too outrageous in price. I only have 2 bill to use and that is barely enough for 2 purple sets. Thanx for any help.

I should mention that this is a PvE build and I did not get placate. When I use Eye of the Storm with the chance to placate proc is more than enough. I also have all the the HO's in my base bins so it will lower the price tag for a lot.

What do you think about the Agility Core Paragon and Diamagnetic Core Flawless Interface Incarnates? Or should I get Musculature and Reactive?

Musc will take you to below softcap for AoE and ranged.

I would suggest going for dia, reactive everyone stacks and the 20% to hit debuff is basically 20% def for everyone the mob tries to fight. If you want the extra damage, degenerative is quite good cause very few people have it, or you could debuff defence/damage. My suggestion is start on Dia, work on getting all the interfaces you want. Tis what I did.

And no problem ^^ I was a little bored, taking a break from someone else build, and your build intrested me. Hope it helps ^^
