The launcher didn't had many problems with downloading for me and installing went also pretty smooth. For EU player you have to watch out that you have the europe zone activated in the launcher and not the NA.
For the rest it just installs the NA CoH client anyway, and then installs a customized launcher. Wished you could also choose in the launcher if you wanted CoV installed instead. Now I'm stuck with the blueish launcher instead of the red one. -
Problem though is with those players that returned and didn't get the chance to change their forum name. If possible I would just get rid of the "_" in front of my name and behind, the old forum needed those cause it didn't let you use 4 letters in the displayname. As far as I know vBulletin does allow it (at least if they didn't disable it again).

1) On your end (programs running concurrently, using the same port as CoH where other games and applications do not) for instance.
2) A problem at your ISP. Typically though this would prevent any traffic from leave and probably is not the cause.
3) A problem on any point along the route to the NCSoft servers. And since other actions heck even other games, will take different routes this is probably the cause.
4) A problem on NCSoft's side. If this was the case every player would experience the problems as I have stated before. This is not the case. It is probably not the cause.

I crash sometimes with the message openGL had to close the game. That started when I updated my drivers to the latest of nVidia. Also on Vista64, I wouldn't however advice a 17x.x driver. Those made it fully impossible for me to play, started with crahsing out every 30 seconds from I12 onwards. And even up to the state I couldn't get past the loading screen. Then downgraded back to 16x.x and it worked, but crashed everytime I left a SG base, that is why I'm trying the newest drivers. Oh and before I forget I run 2x 8800GT 512MB, but not in SLI.

This they changed a while back, in the same patch the protector bots stopped bubbling other master minds pet (not of yourself). And if I'm not mistaken they even bubbled up every other player in the team.
I guess that was deemed a bit overpowered so the pulled it back to the way it is now. Though I miss my double bubble -
I have tried a few myself, first time I got faceplanted pretty quickly after my drones got destroyed. This was in map with little to no space.
Then the second one I came across was a [censored], he was constantly laying on his back through the push back of my bots attack and force bolt. Yes I'm a bot/FF MM -
Infernal is indeed a hard nut to crack. I tried twice on relentless. He was then stuffed as a Hero and he was still at 60% of health after he finishes off all my pets (including a summoned Shiva). I run a robo/FF with stamina. I have a few endurance heavy toggles and well being able to keep a boss on the ground with forcebolt is great and only with stamina I can do that.

It sure would be interrested, but don't realy know how Lord Recluse would love you for abusing his minnions directly
PS: I'm more wanting a demonic MM set. Or a ghost set like those Circle of Thorn guys. -
I don't mind the increased petspeed. Bots are still slower then the ninjas, I still can intercept them with a follow passive before they turn the corner and aggro a group of mobs they shouldn't. Never fast enough with the ninjas even before I8 so that is even getting worse.

Mostly I'm to lazy and run in with pets on guardmode, works fine for me and I also get some damage that on his turn adss up for the recieving damage badges

I have tried a ninja/poison, think I still got him on Defias. But I find poison realy lacking what the other secondary can bring. The heal is realy a minimal and mostly not enough to keep your pet alive. Twilight grasp is a lot better at that. However the def debuff looked nice on first sight, but think it wouldn't be that great later on. So in my eyes poison is realy a weak secondary, and hasn't anything that the other can do, and even the others do it better

I don't know but I always return to my robotic/FF MM, I also have a ninja/dark wich is quite fun to play but frustrating with those ninjas running of chassing a runner and aggroing the other lot, and damn they can run fast I tell you! And mostly don't listen to the first follow command.
Other then that I also enjoy my newly created merc/TA MM, seems decent and quite fun to play. Don't have gotten him to lvl 12 yet. And well thugs and zombies I mostly don't even get to 6. Zombies are [censored] slow moving for getting into melee. And well thugs lack the range robots got for me. -
My main character is running near the 19 and that isn't far of to the 20. So I was wondering if there is a small chance to organize a SF comming weekend, preferably friday evening or sunday afternoon. (Not at home on saterday).

I find it strage that RP only starts at 9pm. So hope you guys don't mind I break that rule by RPing as much as I can
And RPing in a no-RP team can be great fun, but sometimes leads to frustration -
As far as I have seen it in the traps pool the seeker drones. Not sure how effective they are against those used by your protector bots

I think they have fiddled a bit with the AI in recent patch because before that my bots stayed at range and take podshots at the mob, now I have to recall one bot that insist in going melee after 1 ranged attack

I have taken the two first leadership skills as soon as available except when I had a new summon skill or the upgrade one. I noticed a better damage output and longer durability with them both when I look to my first MM without leadership
