How do I make the demorecord from the coh, be viewable in anouther way than using the coh style, such as windows media player? Is that even possible?

Well, I think I know what happened...The horoscope writer obviously ticked off the Entities, and ya know how much paper people use around there? The shredding, and the buying of more paper, and the shredding...so wasteful, that the trees finally snapped, and broke new ground to go after the city scoop. Lemur Lad took a picture of a super hero, in a not so good position, and is now being hunted by a sg full of fire.rads. Tundara, acting so innocent in this entire scheme actually sent out a angry mob of otters in chase of the city scoop. The rikti, seeing a large amount of creatures in one area, sent out many many rikti down to destroy all life, as usual. Thus they had to evacuate the building, to protect the lives of all in the building. I wont expect to see them alive again, for as you all know, nothing is more powerful then an angry mob of trees, fire.rads, rikti, AND tundara's mercenaries. The reason no one but me knows of this (except me, I was wearing a tin foil hat at that time, so I wasnt effected) Was because the otters have been harvesting thousands of bombs filled with sleeping gas. Lighthouse being the first to awaken from this gas, found the note. May the City Scoop writers not only be remembered for their writing, but for the sacrifice they made on this day.

Ok Lemur. You have your opinion, and you will express it. I get that, and so will everyone else. Because of your title, and the thread we are in, it would be rather simple for people to assume that you are speaking on behalf of everyone at the city scoop. You are basically a dev. Except a dev of a newspaper. Everything you say will be looked at, to see what the city scoops opinion is. Is that fair, or even correct? No, but you have the word editor in your title, and people will think every word out of your mouth is the city scoop code of law. I was just giving some helpful adivse about favoritism and bias in newspapers, and you seem to have taken it personally. Sorry for any confusion.

Lemur, you dont have to be all buddy buddy, and you dont have to let yourself get kicked around, what I am saying is that you showed favoritism. Its a slippery slope, you have your bounderies now, but what happens in a month from now? Will you be the tyranical ruler of the city scoop, only allowing friends who you know to be interviewed, and only allowing certain servers to be included, because one server is worse then the others in your eyes? Many medias have fallen into this area, and thus are biased. I am telling you this for your own good, and nothing else. Now if you outright claim that your focusing on ONE server, or the East coast ones, so be it, but you are feeding this too every player in the game, (if they all read it) You won't please all of them, but if you show favoritism, most of them will get mad.

Enough you two. I think, atleast last time I checked, sources of information, and media, were suppossed to be unbiased. Lemur, while you have a strong distaste for rose's attitude, she has a real event, that should be shown, whether or not you like it, it is for a good cause. I did not see the posts that rose said, so I can not comment on that, but bias is not something that should be tolerated in a newspaper, luckily, it wasn't your decision if it goes in there, or not.

The VIP badge, comes with a power. Prestige slide I believe it was. Basically, a purple glow at your feet, and makes you look like your on ice, its kinda cool. But it may be a different one.

Yeah, be warned when visiting freedom. You never know when there will be some one who is really REALLY mad at the devs for nerfing/death/bad hair day/ spilt coffee on themselves. Its all the devs fault, absolutly all of it! Nah, but i have this feeling it will be during the day or a time when I wont be able to play...like on one of my "off" weekends.

I say we have a server dev watch program. If you see a dev, talk and then calmly run away screaming there is a dev at X location.

The never ending struggle as a dev...go for pve or pvp..
On one side, you dont want the task of getting to pvp too boring or too challenging or to...old?
On the otherside without pve there would be no way for you to get your powers and therefore you wouldnt be ableto pvp...
If you go for pvp then there is the issue of making it something people want to do. You could always make pvp helpful to others, like, if so and so does this there will be a huge buff for one side, like the non pvp areas to. DONT DEBUFF THE OTHER SIDE. That just makes people not want to pvp. Does having your charecter 15% do less damage and resist less damage make you want to pvp? No, it makes you want to go do something where you arent debuffed.

There is a fine line that the devs have to walk on, unfortunatly it seems, they decided to make their own line, making pve more important then pvp. PvE and PvP should go together well, not two rams butting heads. How many would be in favor of a pure only pvp area such as rv(that size) Without any of those weird other activities going on? Without those debuffs goin on? With some MAJOR impact on the rest of the game, such as a temp power as long as this side has killed this many people, and when the other side kills them for that same number, it is reset? And I mean if you were to be winning in the zone, it would give an effect to (if heroes winning) All of CoH. Such as a debt reducer? Every time you die its 15% debt off? Or regen? That is how I think pvp should be. Maybe I10 will bring the moon base, a pve zone, and then on the other side, pvp zone? And pure pvp, none of that debuff stuff.

Zmmann power name: Z awakening effect: Either a buff to team members like vengence or MoG Or a powerful wave of psionic attack PbAoE 4 seconds, leaves you drained for one miniute unless u pop a blue (z is a mind controller before everyone thinks i am just tryin to be an unresistable attack with a spines/regen)

Ex-Paragon Protector Power name:Flash back Power effect: A self buff of a 30 second to 50 second MoG power, or a wave of electrical damage PBAoE 4 seconds, leaves you drained

My illusion controller Dancing Danger A power that speeds up everyone, increases damage, weakens acc a bit, and causes a small knockback, effecting all including teammates, bystanders and enemies.

Yeah, he is right. Most people on freedom look upon role playing, and just say, go back to virtue, or dont invite you to teams, avoid u entirely, yell at you, so on so fourth. Freedom for some reason doesnt like rping very much at all. Generally because the type of rping done on this server is...mean.

I built a base in a U pattern. No one shall figure out how to beat me at a raid now! Anyway... The first thing i did, was move the entrance to the bottom, middle area. On the left of it, (west) i out a med bay, and on the right (east) A workshop. I then put a teleporter on each side. Control and a Generator go last. I decorated, and now am working and my sg is working its way to get a new control unit. (Keep up the good work!) Thats what i did, i forgot my original plans, but thats what it is currently. There is also room for a room or 2 in the middle of the U.

Great job! I would also like to note that the annivarsary gladiator, it can put out some good damage, but the health is rather lacking. I would combine it with a calliban, a tank swiper and, JUST BECAUSE I WANT ALL POINTS GONE, a cog or was it a gear....a clockwork thing that is very weak. I think i may have found an actual use for the cogs/gears. Get like 2 arch mages, and then get the clockwork, hide them throughout map. If you can get a 3rd mage, get it. Just a thought, hasnt been applied yet.
