I wasn't a very active in the forum or chat a lot on the game but I always check out the forum and read constanly the victory forum. I really apreciated all the teaming with all of you. 6 year of pure fun.
I can't belive this is truly happening!! Such a exelent game with ton of year of effort and work throw the side out of nowhere.
I will miss victory...the best there is -

I don't PvP b/c the whole movement and rooting mechanic. Everytime i atack i can't move at the same speed, i got root to the animation. IS very frustating for a Melee character to play in such a high speed battle.
Also i find this game don't have wide enough skill set to develop, outside of movement and some attack. Everything come donw to how many Billion you spent and how FoTM you are.
I really love to PvP but I can't enjoy it for those reason. I prefer to play arena when there is a event. -

Pretty much what Alpha said. You can drop reds on your pets or feed them to a blaster. Keep the barrier and use your spare stuff on a longbow core (tier 3 is ok). They have a massive -regen that we will need to do this. Like I said in my first post, I am being picky, so it's at your discretion whether you want to join or not. GL is doing a run on Tuesday next week, and he is not as OCD as I am, so you could join that one if you prefer.
I have no problem with your request, is only that Pets Die so fast sometime, that i consider a waste to give Insp to pets, If any,I like to have blues to be able to keep summoning then fast. -
A few question:
tier 3 or 4 CORE longbow or cimeroran lore (preference on longbow tier 4)(I don't have any of those, Do i really get get one of those?)
at least 7 ultimates(WHat are those?)
large or super reds(I'm a MM, With zero attack, DO i need to get this still?)
rebirth or ageless destiny (a few people can have barrier, but those are best)(I have barrier but i could work on ageless)
Sound that i need to farm like 40 trial more or less

Yesterday I achive my 1200 Badge, Can't belive how far I got :O
But IDK how many of the old badges I need to get, I have been finishing i22 Badges list before gettting i23 bagdes.
But how i can know what badges i already have and what not? also how i can keep track of it? -
Of all this game heroes, Statemans was the most shallow! Is soo generic and predictable . They never even try to develop him a personality.

Blaster have his role define already!
Is to deal dmg in different ways(ST,AoE,Cones,Ect), No need to overthink or to change it! There is no way to change that because they already have it. The problem is that player are getting nostalgic, they want a game break AT like they where in the bigining of the game. Since Blaster only deal dmg PLayer get bore and want to change then but that not goin to happen.
After all this year why ppl try to define the role? They do DMG and should keep doin it.

We can't have female version of pets because they think is sexist to have a women been control by man but nobody care if a women control a 6 men. how many female only groups are out there already? How many of then are dress in sexy way(I'm looking at you Sister Solaris!)?
They even use a similar excuse with beast mastery once. They say that having a animal set would get PETA angry b/c having virtual Person atacking animals would be violence toward animal.(Part of the reason the set is Call Beast MAstery and not Animal MAStery)
Now they will get a weak knee if they use the word angel or anything that look alike in a power set because they are afraid of the religuos comunity getting angry while we have the hellion<A satanic cult>, Infernal<The son Lilith"Wife of lucifer">, and a whole powerset that allow you to summon demon. If you check, like 50% of CoV lore is about Demon and such.
They shouldn't be soo afraid of such triviality and just make it. -

So my bro play the game with game card since he don't have a cradit card.
So he go to game stop every two month to keep the playing VIP. Yesterday when he buy a GAme/Time card and submit it in his account it keep saying the serial code was invalid...
I check that:[*]The code was seal, and the card is brand new[*]The card was "active" in game stop.[*]The serial is enter correctly and without typos.
Game stop say they can't do anything about, They won't give he a useful card or give his money back, They told him to enter<http://us.ncsoft.com//us/help/agreement.html> but there isn't any useful information about how to sold this problem.
I have the recibo and the game card in my hand.
PLZ someone help me slove this problem!

Hello, For all of you Mids profesional I have a Question.
How much different %Recv Vs. End usage you need to keep you rolling forever?
For example if you use X amount of power and it cost 3.00 end per sec, How much Recv You will need to keep up your toggles and attack without running out of End. I imagen that there should be a % of how much recv you need over you end usage.
Do same % can be apply to a attack chain? What if the attack chain consume something average... -
Transforme give me a new idea for a robotic set.
You will have your New and different robot, However you like then but They will have a new mechanic.
When you Put then in agresive they will change form and show some kind of gatling gun, rocket laucher,ect.They will have more attacks and a faster cycle attack. Also when you Put then in BG they will change form again but this time they will look more sturdy and resislent, they will have more shield, and buff active in this form.
This way, the mode you put your robots on will affect the way they will behave and improve that mode. I.E. If one of then have BUff or heal, when you put then in BG he could lose his attacks and focus on heal/repair your robots. In BG more They would live more and agresive deal more dmg.
I have no idea how to explain the aparence something futurisc and military like machine... >.< -
My Storm Thug will get this ASAP. Tornado+Freezing rain= OWNEGA. The debuff and dmg will be off the roof.Hurracane wouln't get much benefit. It still have the repel effect pushing enemies away.
I can image how this would make me want to use gale for the first time in 4 Year, but It most be in all tornado power. -

Smoke Flash can be a complicate power to use, That is why is use this Macro: /macro hide pet_select_name joinin$$powexec_name Smoke Flash$$pet_select_name Oni$$powexec_name Smoke Flash
You just need to double click the macro and it will auto target the Oni and cast SF, If oni isn't out it will target Joinin inteads. The problem is that the pet AI of those two can be slow at time. If you want to see a lot of crtical with this power change Oni for Genin. They have the fasted attack chain of all the pets.
I like to use it on my oni b/c Critical Fire breath is really powerful. You need to play with the macro a lil bit to get the hand of it and see how good it's for you. -

The best power in DM is obviously Fearsome stare, closely followed by Darkest Night and indeed the AoE heal.
And about Darkest Night been the second best... DO you know that Dark Servant also have Darkest night and it stack with you own Darkest nigth Making your total debuff of 52% DMG DEBUFF and 26%tohit debuff. (How do you thing they manage to kill AV and GM)
IF you add that to DS AoE HEAL,Cone Immo, HOLD,can take quiet a beating and can Become perma easy.
Do you still think that Darkest NIght is the second best? -
Man if you want the best, and i mean the best of the best, you must play DARK Miasma!!
I know many will go saying that this is only a opinion but really DARK MIASMA is the BEST!
YOu first power is a fast AoE HEAL, that can heal +50% of your party HP and rechg in 5 sec or less, it debuff tohit, IS THE BEST Heal Ever!
The best power in the set is your Rez, that is a Kickass Autohit super debuff on regen and stun. Reviving ally is the side effect! THE BEST rez in the game!
The second best power in set is Dark servant, It have his own Heal, -tohit, and soft control. It stack with your Darkest nigth -tohit and -DMG. It can tank and help you keep pets alive BEST Pet Summon in the game!
The rest of the power in the set are great soft control and support.
Dark can mix with almost any primary, most popular one is Thug/, Demon/,Robot/. I would go Thug or demon. -
If only ninjas wouldn't get 1hit kill by almost anything average they would be one of the stronger primary out there.
Outside of that the DMG they can dish is more than amazing
