HELP! Game Stop sold me a bad SERIAL CODE!

File a support ticket on the https://support.cityofheroes.com site or by sending an email to support@coh.com
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

Is it possible you mixed up the new time card with an old time card you had lying around?
The reason Gamestop won't help is because the stuff covering the serial key was scratched off and it is to prevent financial loss. Example: someone uses the card, says it doesn't work when it did and try to exchange it/get a refund and the company loses money. (not saying you did it, just giving a reason why)

Give them the serial key and explain the situation. They can check their records to see if the key was used and when at the very least. No guarantee they can help you.

There definitely is a policy against it for most retailers.
I fix the problem with the help of support staff. My bro didn't scratch the card well and i miss took the letter C for a G. Thx for the link texas

So my bro play the game with game card since he don't have a cradit card.
So he go to game stop every two month to keep the playing VIP. Yesterday when he buy a GAme/Time card and submit it in his account it keep saying the serial code was invalid...
I check that:[*]The code was seal, and the card is brand new[*]The card was "active" in game stop.[*]The serial is enter correctly and without typos.
Game stop say they can't do anything about, They won't give he a useful card or give his money back, They told him to enter<http://us.ncsoft.com//us/help/agreement.html> but there isn't any useful information about how to sold this problem.
I have the recibo and the game card in my hand.
PLZ someone help me slove this problem!
