I've got a foxclock set to Oklahoma time to keep track of a friend's comings and goings. According to it, it's 6 AM there. That would make it 5 AM in California, right?

With that in mind, is it odd that the servers have gone down at 5 in the morning?

I have no idea what the [censored] you did, or what you tried to arrange, and I do actually pay attention to things outside my immediate area. You can't do much to influence 'The RP community,' especially when you're bound up in cliques. You can influence those cliques, but for the most part, people tend to let cliques move through them or past them, rather than follow them.

The actual plaques don't tell you what it looks like.

Find things that are level 50, and kill them. That pretty much is the extent of it. There's some nuance to it, but that's pretty much the place you wanna start.

HoF gets you an extra slot and the ability to associate yourself with the quality of the current HoF arcs. So, working on the math, it gets you about -$5.00. It's not worth it one way or another - just a happy coincidence, I think, of pitching to the mean. After all, the real HoF-worthy arcs, the arcs that got the players' attention en masse, the arcs that really stood out and were consistantly played and 5-star rated, were Meow farms.

For what it's worth, while I can't speak for it usefulness, what I can suggest, nay, recommend, is that you bind the power to your ~ key, next to the 1. I found binding Hoarfrost to that made it infinitely more likely that I'd use it.
