  1. That bad, huh?

Upon reflection, I think that the IO sets should be at different lvls. The IO doubles should probly be @ 25 so that they won't be affecting by malling down (until lvl 20 iirc) and the triples and singles should be lvl 28 so that they will have the most left over after malling down.

I may rearrange a power or two

Also if you have any of these IO set pieces in this lvl range, please set them to market or give me a tell or PM.
  2. I love to PUG SFs.

I love being the only one standing after a team wipes for whatever reason.
I also love having a great PUG that cruises through in near record time.

Come to think of it, I really enjoy playing the game.

To be fair, Sam Sneed, you should provide some sort of warning to people who might want in on your teams.
Also, there may some "elite" channels on your server where the entire population knows their business.
  3. And apparently, they rebalance whenever, not on a schedule.
    Fortunately or unfortunately

I have emailed more than that several times and not encountered any fees.

Perhaps you didnt have exactly the total you thought you had

    constipation

I have created market mules to hold on to things [bids / items for sale] that I think will take a while to go away / fill.

I try not to tie up slot on my mains with things that seem slow. Slow to me means anything I cant get out of my slots in a week.

  9. Before I pull the trigger on this, I thought I would submit it for inspection. Odds are that I have missed something.

This build is for the Silver Mantis SF, the Cap SF, the 1st Respec, and any other lower level mishes.

This build represents the budget I am working with. I actually own most of the more expensive items already.

The straight IOs are shown as lvl 25, but will be lvl 50s in practice. I used lvl 25s in Mids' to approximate the scaling down to lvl 25.
The IO sets will be anywhere from lvl 25 to lvl 28 depending on what the market will make available to me. [Except for procs. Procs will be w/e lvl it's convenient for me to acquire.]

Thank you very much for your time and consideration in advance.

    So here it is:

  10. Have the devs mentioned anything along these lines?

When would the next calibration be due?

Semantics. A niche may not be profitable at all times. So to me, as I meant it, when a niche is profitable, it's 'there' and when it's not profitable, it's 'gone'. imho.

Why should I have to be able to do calculus to figure out my build?

Yet another reason not to pvp
  14. So the gist of it is:

To profit from the merger, bid low, sell high, keep an eye out for bargains.
  15. niches come and go

I recommend playing with Mids' so you learn which IOs are useful. Then when you get one of those recipes and see that it's not priced as high as you would expect you realize the profit potential.

    Toggle Lock

    for example:
    Code:
    Y "+down$$-down$$powexectoggleon rise to the challenge$$powexectoggleon tough$$powexectoggleon weave$$powexectoggleon heightened senses$$powexectoggleon mind over body$$powexectoggleon indomitable will$$powexectoggleon combat jumping"
This lets me turn on all my toggles two at a time (sorta--one on depress the next on release) with the Y key starting with combat jumping running all the way to RttC

the +down$$-down$$ is an older version of +$$
I think +$$ broke once upon a time so I switched and haven't switched back. Though I think the simpler +$$ is fixed now

Hit KEY a few times (I've generally got it bound to "button5" or else "multiply": next to my right thumb or generally close to my right hand), and your powers will toggle on in the order N, N-1, ..., 2, 1.
That's what I was going to suggest.

  • Checking the res sheet, the average res to energy is 16%.
Most of the resistant mobs are confined to bosses and higher with a few Lts having some too.

It appears they have a some melee and ranged def among them but not very much aoe def to go around.

    1) List it on Aug 17th as soon as the serves come back up for too much.

  • iirc Rikti primarily do lethal and energy damage.

Also I think they resist energy damage pretty well.

The wiki has the info on what the deal.
There's a spreadsheet somewhere on what all the mobs resist. But I don't know the link

    I love melee toons.

I feel that the extra travel time of stealth mish after mish slows me down.

It would be interesting to test.
  • I would pay for just alternate run/jump/fly animations. Any one of them really.
Power animations would be nice too.
  • Okay I am ready now.
I have wept over my lost profits to be. Just when I got a market cornered they added more corners.
I have found a couple of niches on both sides (four total) and silently sunk my inf so that I may profit from market panics (or failing that from inflation).
So now I wait (and go back to killing a lot of stuff).

The thrill is gone. Bring it on.

Go ahead and merge them already!!
