Please Double Check My Build

Before I pull the trigger on this, I thought I would submit it for inspection. Odds are that I have missed something.

This build is for the Silver Mantis SF, the Cap SF, the 1st Respec, and any other lower level mishes.

This build represents the budget I am working with. I actually own most of the more expensive items already.

The straight IOs are shown as lvl 25, but will be lvl 50s in practice. I used lvl 25s in Mids' to approximate the scaling down to lvl 25.
The IO sets will be anywhere from lvl 25 to lvl 28 depending on what the market will make available to me. [Except for procs. Procs will be w/e lvl it's convenient for me to acquire.]

Thank you very much for your time and consideration in advance.

So here it is:

ps didnt mean to leave that hecatomb in brawl

That bad, huh?

Upon reflection, I think that the IO sets should be at different lvls. The IO doubles should probly be @ 25 so that they won't be affecting by malling down (until lvl 20 iirc) and the triples and singles should be lvl 28 so that they will have the most left over after malling down.

I may rearrange a power or two

Also if you have any of these IO set pieces in this lvl range, please set them to market or give me a tell or PM.

Not sure why you put so many purples in this build.

You should have a full enough attack chain at those levels that the amounts of recharge you're getting would be kind of redundant.

I would focus a lot more on your survivability at those levels. You could have put Reactive Armor in Mind Over Body for some S/L/E/N defense. You could have put another set of Kinetic Combat in Bonesmasher. You could have put 4 Eradication and 2 Scirocco's Dervish in Whirlyhands, that would give you A) More endurance B) A big chunk of E/N defense C) more Max HP, and D) more regen. Instead, you went with purple sets that don't really give you anything you need, and a set of Impervium Armor that ALSO doesn't give you much you need.

Just because purples and Impervium Armor are expensive does NOT mean they are the best choice for everything. For that particular build purples would be about the last thing I would consider puting in those powers.

Cap SF puts you at level 20, giving you access to powers up to 25. You have both QR AND Stamina by level 25, so I see no reason whatsoever why you should need all the recovery bonuses you have there.

Accuracy is about the only thing you are getting from those purples that is especially useful for you. The recharge is kind of redundant, as you have no long recharging powers at that level, and your tier 9 in Willpower is unaffected by recharge anyway.

Sorry, but it really looks like you threw together the most expensive build possible thinking that it would be good just because you dumped a lot of money into it. You need to pay more attention to what set bonuses will help that build the most. The recovery is pointless because you have TWO end recovery powers in the level range you'll be running. The accuracy will help some, but is it REALLY worth the 2 billion or so it will cost to get when you sacrifice survivability to do so? Recharge I've already covered.

I'm not trying to be a dick about this, but your build doesn't look to be thought out very well. I'll see about throwing something toegether for you when I get home from work today.

In part because I already own them and in part because I like to use my accolade powers a lot. The global recharges do affect the accolade powers like Force of Nature, Demonic, and Megalomaniac, right?
With FoN + Mega, + hasten I can stack more stuns.

The cost is a sunk cost. I have had these purples for a long time already.

I would appreciate that very much.

Actually, I looked into it and there's not a whole lot I can do that's appreciably better than what you have.

I can do an insanely good level 50 build, but I can't improve much on a build meant to exemp in the 20s. Lack of the Fighting pool is leading to somewhat anemic defense, but it can't really be helped without completely redoing your build.

If you already have the purples, and the character is already level 50, you should be okay with the build you have there. I upped the defense on it, and got a nice chunk more regen, but I did it using sets that start in the 30's (Numina's mostly)

Sorry, I can't improve on it enough to where I'd call it definitively "better".

I am just tickled you even looked at it and tried. Thank you for your time.

I don't have Mids' of my current build, but my main problem with my current build is that when I am exemped, I can't kill things as quickly as I would like. It's survivable enough [I can solo +0 x8 Silver Mantis spawns], but it takes for...ev...er.

With a buff from the empowerment station, I should be able to hit perma-hasten. That puts me in build-up 40% of the time.

Level 28 for the triples and singles is too high because Ouro arc break @ lvl 24. [I remembered that I had made this mistake once already with a level capped toon.]
So why not give up the reduced portion of the small fractions difference between a lvl 28 enhancement and a lvl 27 enhancement after exemplaring effects have been applied?
In return you get to have the bonuses for a whole other set of lowbie, merit generating missions from Ouroborous.

Also, for the 1st Respec trial that caps @ lvl33 I rearranged some powers, putting Grant Invis @ 35 and Strength of Will @ 38, which should help getting folks to the last room of the last mish if my vet tp is down. And having SoW available for the Tree is not a bad thing. Stealth is just in the build to hold a LotG7.5% anyway, so why not throw it at the end?
