Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
I know that this is a happy time of my life but why do I have to be sick and not just enjoy being pregnant, 8pm every day like clockwork (are they behind this?) I feel horable. Even though the sickness is slowly going away I want my "normal" life back.

Hi. When my partner was expecting our daughter, she was sick every day and was in constant back pain and stomach discomfort. At the time, she swore never to do it again and I had to grit my teeth and be supportive. However 19 months later, it's just a dim, distant memory and the joy of our little one massively overshadows anything we went through back then. So although I can't offer any comfort, know that it goes away and soon you'll forget all about it as your 'normal' life returns. For now, try to relax and do the things you enjoy to distract you.
The very best of luck with it, I hope your discomfort ends soon.

When my ex-wife was pregnant with our daughter, she was sick as a dog for the first 3 months. Then, like someone flipping a switch, it was done-and she was ravenous. She could put away more steak and donuts than I've ever seen in that 2nd trimester. So don't worry, this too shall pass-like a kidney stone. :^)
Basically too many 50's to count, but I'm generally a brute/scrapper/tank kind of guy.
Thanks guys for all the support. No I do not teach english, 3rd grade actualy...and my spelling has never been good. Today is starting off as a better day. Who knows I might actualy get around to really playing today.

Congratulations. My mom always tells me that all the pain and discomfort were worth it...
Oh, wait. Has she been lying to me for 40 years??? Crap!
Anyway, hopefully the ickiness will recede and the awesomeness will take over... SOON!
Hang in there! Like others have already said, the first trimester is usually difficult for many. Don't worry about missing out on play time. Real life concerns will always trump game ones. Everyone here is supportive and happy for you, and we look forward to the day you can post pics of your little one
I know how it is as a teacher. I'm one too ^_^
However, not for little ones. I teach sulky teenagers.
Oh, and Cancer,
I...just....you...i mean....really?
1. There are only 2 appropriate uses for an ellipsis (...). One for the omission of text from a direct quotation from text and the other to indicate the continuation of a sequence in a list. Ellipsis DO NOT function as a placeholder to indicate your failures to say things between your phrases.
2. "Just" is an adverb meant to modify a verb or adjective. When used in a sentence, it should go before the word it modifies, otherwise its use is vague. Your quotation lacks any sort of verb or adjective at all. Therefore, not only is your use of "just" vague, but it is also incorrect.
3. "I" should always be capitalized.
4. Using the phrase "I mean" implies that you intend to clarify the expression of an idea given before the phrase. Your first assertion of "I just you", with all of its implications, is not clarified by the rhetorical question "really" since it merely states a prior action with the intent of a reminder rather than challenge the logic of a particular course of action.
5. We all have lives in the professional and academic world. However, we are under no obligation to bring the rigors and limitations of that world into our communication with each other in a forum meant to discuss a topic of our leisure. I don't play grammar police here because I understand that any syntax (as long as it is coherent) is appropriate for this audience. Sidhe's profession does carry a great deal of responsibility with high expectations from her community. If she choses to relax from her professional expectations here, who are we to judge? She's probably a grammar nazi in her own classroom (not that I would know anything about that).
In other words:

basically, if you see a miki on Triumph, it's probably cute and it's probably me.
Huge thanks to cuppamanga and all the folks in the mac help forum for prolonging my borrowed time on this game.

It's a big adjustment, hopefully you will be able to enjoy it some soon. (Being pampered, Bathing, sleeping, eating whenever you want/can, there is a plus side people love to pamper a pregnant woman) I was sick morning , noon and night with the first one to the point I couldn't plan my own wedding, but the second you feel them move inside you, it all becomes worthwhile, and all that matters is you and that baby, Congratulations...
Heck, by the time the second one came I was breastfeeding and playing Heroes at the same time.

Yeah so I have not been on too much as of late. First there was the end of school and dealing with recently discovering that I was pregnate. Now there is just dealing with the whole of being pregnate, I am so glad that my profession is teaching and that I have "a summer break"
If it could happen to me it has been as of late. I am a lifelong asthmatic and that brought its own set of issues with pregnacy, now just as I get my breathing under control my knee desided that it wanted in on the fun....as is give out under me so instead of spending my weekend enjoying COX I have been layed up.
I know that this is a happy time of my life but why do I have to be sick and not just enjoy being pregnant, 8pm every day like clockwork (are they behind this?) I feel horable. Even though the sickness is slowly going away I want my "normal" life back.
Well this is just my rant and update on my life and what is going on so you don't all get it from Troll. Oh and to all my SG mates yes I have been trying to work on the base when I can thanks for all your hard work there to give me that ability. Okay going to stop typing before typing myself into a dark place. Hope to see ya all around in game.
