Pregnacy Sucks
Yeah so I have not been on too much as of late. First there was the end of school and dealing with recently discovering that I was pregnate. Now there is just dealing with the whole of being pregnate, I am so glad that my profession is teaching and that I have "a summer break"

And I feel for ya, I remember those days well, my wife did the same thing to me.

Positron's i13 letter: We are trying to make PvP more accessible to new players, while giving experienced PvP'ers the advantage that comes with formulating tactics around the new systems we're putting in place. PvP from now on will be on our priority list. If something isn't working out, we'll be in there tweaking it and making it work, for the entire future of the product, not just Issue 13.
Can I make a gentle and completely non-CoX related comment on post-pregnancy stuff? Take it as you will-it's free advice, which is often worth what you paid for it.
Remember this, pregnant women: Your husband/significant other has valid thoughts and opinions on how to do things with the kid, which should not be discounted just because he has a *****.
Hear me out on this. I've recently come out of a very difficult 8 year marriage. We got married too young (25), had a kid immediately (which I don't regret), and things went sour. Part of the reason why was because I couldn't shake my wife of the notion that anything I did in relation to our child was wrong because it wasn't HER way. In her mind, I held her wrong, didn't hold her enough, didn't jump to attention at the least little whimper or cry. Over time, she ended up resenting me just for dealing with our daughter differently than she did, and for refusing to give her a blank check on how to raise her or for refusing to simply comply with everything she wanted, like a mindless puppy dog.
Women-don't forget that once you have that kid, you, the kid, and your husband become a FAMILY. That includes everyone. You are not infallible. You are not always right. Your husband's opinion should be just as valid as yours, and you should be able to compromise together to find a happy middle ground. I saw my marriage dissolve over this. I'm in the process of watching at least two more go through the same thing with friends of mine. If you're not willing to work together towards that happy middle ground, you will constantly make your lives miserable in the process. Remember that the husband/dad is a PART of the family, not just a sperm donor and check writer.
I now step off my soap box, and I apologize for the Monday morning rant.
Basically too many 50's to count, but I'm generally a brute/scrapper/tank kind of guy.

Good points, so far Sidhe Blade and I have talked and worked out what we would do raising the child discussed during dating, engagement and our 5 years of marriage.
Communication is the key to a marriage and dealing with the little Trollspawn we will be having.
And Grey_Blaster: You are just jealous. Blow Up dolls cannot have children. :P
Hey Fifty I can understand your soapbox rant...As Troll said we have talked lots about how to raise the child and will continue to talk about it. Guess I am going to have to start another post about how I am doing now.
Well I will just put in a short blurb here because don't know how long it will last. Today was good day and they have been getting better just like everyone said that it would. I look forward to each day that is better than the last and as Troll told me the other day he is "so happy that I am finaly feeling better". I honestly asked him if I had been a little more than a bear and yeah I had been, too much going on. I just hope that each day is better and I can finaly be healthy enough to get crap done around the house! Anyone want to come and help me move my office?
Good news is soon the pregnancy will be over when you push that puppy the size of a bowling ball through a teeny opening. Then you won't be thinking of how the pregnancy sucked so bad.
I have two children which I had fun making. I love them for who they have grown to be and have the fondest memories when they were young and everything was new to them. You are about to embark on a strange new journey and here's all the luck in the world to you two as you do so.
Where do you live? I have two teenagers that I have complete power over to help you move. (see... +1 rep for making future servants)
