    What?

No, seriously, what? Who made that policy?

Those GMs need to be helping people who actually need help. Petitioning a knob goblin doesn't need a GM response. Look at the logs, say yea or nay, put the goblin in timeout, and move on to the next petition.

There are more players in game than in a very long time - and more players means more petitions - and they institute this policy NOW??? I could understand it if it had been there since the beginning of the game, but it has not. We have survived for seven years without a GM response to issues that don't need a GM response.

    What?

EDIT: Noting your edit which invalidates my post, but still leaving it here because that was a truly "buh?" moment there for me.

    LFG Broken?

No, LFG is not broken. People are just not using it like they should to form automatic groups. People are stuck in the iTrial/TF mindset of preforming for performance.

It's actually a constantly (every 1s) reapplying mode set for 20 seconds. This is why it will continue to check every 10 seconds.

  5. The OP didn't say level shifted enemies, the OP said "shifting enemies to higher level than 50". I guessed that this meant via the notoriety contacts. Level 51, 52, 53, and 54 enemies still exist in this level-shifted world.

If the OP means actual level-shifts, then I have no idea because non-50s can't fight level-shifted critters.
  6. When PS fires and every ten seconds after that. Since it's 20 seconds long, you'd get two chances for it.

Or you can put it in Suggestions, which would be more appropriate, because it's a suggestion to port weapon models.
  8. Correct.

Blaster's Wrath: Acc/Dam is mutually exclusive with Superior Blaster's Wrath: Acc/Dam. Etc. etc. etc.
  9. Higher enemies means more XP.

I have no idea what the actual numbers are, and a cursory search in player guides subforum didn't result in anything.

    Only if you're playing WM/EA.
  11. I always feel so bad for people who play the game on such low graphics. I would give you all decent graphics cards if I could. You poor people. This game is so pretty on higher graphics settings.

If they made it an auto power, they would gut it.

City has paid for itself probably tens of times over by now. Possibly even a hundred or hundreds. Yes.

Here's a really important reason why not to call them AT"IO"s: Preemies below the IO threshold can slot them. They're not IOs. They're not crafted. Don't call them IOs.

    Archetype sets

/infoself in your set bonus listing. They'll also be in your /combatattributes.

You can already buy ATEs with reward merits. (That's part of the OP's complaint. He gets a ton of reward merits...and can't spend them on the ATEs he wants because Preemies are restricted below a certain tier.)

I22 will add alignment merits to that list.

A LOT of people were planning on only using those to get the Super Packs.

[Edit] Reading more now, I've not been at the computer as constantly as it may look.
The things in the Paragon Rewards Program are Reward Tokens, not merits. If we'd stop talking about things in the wrong terms, we'd stop confusing each other. When the HELL did "merits" start describing Reward Tokens? Stop that. Stop that right now!

    1) The Phalanx isn't crumbling. Roles are being shifted, one or two new recruits are coming in. (They still haven't said if Penny will be PF or some other SG.)

    2) He will be removed from the game as a whole, starting in Issue 23. This is a furtherance of the game storyline, not just the "level progression timeline". All content related to Statesman being alive will get a rewrite.

So, basically after I've run all 5 parts for the first time, I can only ever after get 1 Astral Merit per week?

That's exactly what I just got done saying. Both in the quote you quoted me on, and in the response I already made to your last post.
  23. You cannot get duplicate costume pieces or Black Wolf. The card will reroll within that rarity until a non-owned costume piece/Black Wolf drops. (NOTE: This is only supposition, but the only other option would be that it would reroll within that rarity's costume pieces, which would mean people would get the costume pieces far quicker, so not likely.)

Everything else (including ATEs) is repeatable.
