I don't make a toon until after I have a name picked. If I can't get the name or a derivation thereof, I just don't make the toon.

I have all my toon slots filled on Freedom atm. Everytime I come up w/ a new name I have to check and see if there's an existing name I like less and then I delete that toon.

Then there's special powers like lightning reflexes etc and then also the bonuses to individual powers from enhancements.

Mine were duplicated as well, but mine were temp power recipes.
If I had known, I would have used some ultra rares instead.

From the gitgo I wanted to be able to have the animation separable from the power -- being able to run the animation independently from the power and the power independent of the animation.

I hope at some point it becomes enough of a priority that something similar to that is implemented.

Also I would like to see the power pool expanded. ;)

Whene the email was restored recently, I lost my replier email I use to send things to myself. But I gained back two temp power recipes I had since taken down. They had the original mail date on them.

Wish they had been ultra-rares instead. Then I could be jerkhackin and dupin rares.

So, yes, if you have perma hasten, you have perma dom.

The lowest global recharge you can have and still have perma hasten is ~77.5% iirc. This requires six-slotting Hasten with lvl 50 Recharge IOs and taking one of the second level Spiritual alpha boosts.

Permahasten - Hasten needs a total of +275% Recharge
205% after Hasten's own +70%, 110% after 3 recharge SOs for ~95%

PermaDom - Domination needs a total of +123% Recharge
Unable to slot enhancements so it must all be buffs or set bonuses

I have noticed multiple missions where spawns of the Same group end up fighting each other.
Perhaps there's some bug somewhere?

I like +1 or +2 x8 to keep tehre from being too many of those pesky lvl 49 mobs on the map.
Personally, I prefer AE arc #1012. It's close quarters most of the way so there's not a lot of running around.

I have been working this niche for a bit. Demand has remained relatively steady. The number of recipes available has only changed in chunks over the course of a day. It has not been a steady decrease in the number of recipes available.
To me, that indicates a marketeer at work rather than 'market forces.'

Other than the few to several times I saw this happen, despite the regular turnover, the number for sale has remained fairly steady.

Not too long ago the number of bids dropped suddenly as well. As of this morning though, the number of bids has spiked back to where it was a few weeks ago. This spike also happened overnight.

I think that more than one person is trying to work this street corner.

Damned greedy marketeers raising the prices so that casual-purple warshades can't afford stuff.

Someone keeps bidding against me and raising the price.
Tell them to stop. Or to send me a tel and we can collude and agree on a price.
I keep trying to copy their price, but once they figure out that I am doing that, they raise their price again.

So far, I haven't had trouble soloing any end game stuff with toons who don't have trouble soloing other aspects of the game.

My toons who already have trouble soloing have trouble soling the end game stuff.

How exactly does confuse work? Does it prevent players from being a target or does it just allow that NPC's friendlies can be target as well?

I paid 150mil for 1 candy cane.

I also spent about 800mil in Market fees by putting up many multiples for sale at an incredibly too high price.
