Miss liberty does have unstoppable, which she tends to activate when she gets low on health. The player version of unstoppable doesn't have confuse protection, but it's possible that her version does. On players it's an extra ~21 mag protection, so if her version does have confuse protection she'd probably go from requiring mid 50's mag to confuse to requiring mid 70's mag. If I had to guess, that'd be my thought as to what might have happened.

Unstoppable doesn't give confuse resistance though, its more likely the dreaded 'purple triangles' kicked in and mad-boosted all her status protection at the last minute.

He said he kept mag 60+ confuse on her the whole time, though (watched using the power analyser). That should be enough to bust through the purple triangles, which is why I suggested that possibly her version of unstoppable is different from the player version and does have confuse protection.

Unstoppable doesn't give her anymore confuse protection from what I remember soloing the LRSF. What could have happened is you missed at some point and the mag confuse could have dropped off on her for a few seconds. Remember, she has a base 4 mag protection that doesn't show up using the power analyzer on top of the 50 mag protection from the purple triangles.

How exactly does confuse work? Does it prevent players from being a target or does it just allow that NPC's friendlies can be target as well?

I was soloing the Vindicator arc on my mind/fire for guernsey tome and came up on lib in the first mission...I was watching the power analyzer and had 64 mag confuse on her and cycled confuse,incin,blaze repeatedly...but right b4 she died she 2shotted me?!? Through the mag 60ish confuse,I was watching the mag the whole time
Does she have some type of breakfree power or something?
