    Yes, $500.00. While to some it may seem that the prize is not worth $500.00, try buying a gold title. Also, the contest is working on offering additional prizes. If they all add up to $500 or more, then the contest is in violation.

    If you cannot get a contest in your area, as was said, it's 99.9% due to how the law is written, and so you need to talk to your representatives about changing it.
  3. Here's a link to a fairly quick reason why it's not eleigble in Quebec. NO business would want to deal with many of those restrictions, and if they thought up the contest only a week ago, well, that's enough to stop it right there.

    First is possible.

    Second would bring up issues of allowing hte markets to merge. If the plan is to merge them, then that will be the way they do it.

    Third is the easiest I think and is already programed for if you think about it, since items and inf no longer get removed after 60 days.
  5. I see the hanging shot with my archery/mm blaster quite often, and most every archer I've played. Blazing arrow is the worst offender, but I see it occur with other achery attacks on a rare occasion. I know the mob dying before I fire is a part of it, but, what other factors that cause it to occur, I do not know. I will try and keep a better eye out for when it happens.

    I'd sugest everyone that has seen this happen do the same. If you see this glitch occur, try to note mob, attack and anything else you can note to help find what might cause it.

  7. I like what is being said between the lines.......
    Shadow Shard maps and a room ( possibly the final room in the CoT Trial?) with lava in it being worked on? Woohoo for more maps!

    *The above is purely speculation on my part, and is not to be used as proof that new maps are coming or that those are the one that actually are being worked on*

    But, it does get my hopes up, and seems to support that the morally ambiguous Doctor is hearing and trying to provide what's being asked for.
  8. I've written MArcs for Rp reasons maore than any other. I made a few to further stories along for some of my characters, and two I made for other players. As a tool for Rp, I love the MA. I could care less about the exp changes.

    Yeah, had this happen to me in one of the guest MARCs. I was set to no boss ( hadn't thought of that) -1level/5 players. I was running a mission, and what happened was one of the objective bosses spawned as a lieut, and that lieut was spread through out the mission. It suddenly went from a simple mission, to a clear all pain in the backside.

    It was done in Beta. That board has long been removed.

    But, yes, that is why they removed the ability to have more than three ambushes attached to a single boss/item. I have a story that would be much much better if I could place endless ambushes in one mission. With the latest changes made, it might be possible to ask for the ambush limit to be raised. I know I would like to use more ambushes at times on a mission.

  12. Just, fyi, Captain abbreviated is Capt or CPT. It might be a little lesss awkward.

    And, as far as I know, I don't think anyone has any real objections to correct abbreviations in names.

    If Captain Justice is taken , you can always use Major, Colonel or General.

  17. Involving anyone into such a situation requires OOC contact, wheather you use them as a villian, or as a hero, or even as a bystander. It's just common sense, and simple respect.

  19. With standard IO's, the only time I really worry about supply vs demand as a part of the equasion, is when they are way out of sync ( and way out of sync is 75+ for sale and 0 demand). The demand for standard IO's fluctuates and is a very much a "buy it Nao!" product. Having 10 up for sale, and 5 bid, isn't worth paying attention to. Boosting bids has little to no impact on their sale.

    So, the word I'd use, isn't Illegal or immoral or any thing like that. The word I'd use is "pointless"

    It spawns multiples of that boss. I was trying for a similar effect, and got my butt handed to me when 5 Epic's charged up the hill and laid the hurt on me while testing it out.

    I know it can be done, because I did fix it, but I don't have access to the MArc right now to tell you how. IIRC, it's in the ambush options, but may be a dropdown, or not readily apparent.

    One fluff a day, fine.

    10+ a day, got sickening.

    No, I don't like the Rookery, but I can live with one fluff a day. It's labeled well so it's easily skipped. One thread a day, with all the fluff for that day in it. No problem. Sorah's was everywhere. That was what was annoying.

    I like having Tk thrust. It really helps getting melee mobs out of your face and the damage is double that of brawl, so it can work as a finisher for mobs with a sliver of life left. Also, Drain Psyche is nice to have as well. It's saved my hoop more than once. (It also removes the requirement for Stamina and Health in your build.)

    Yes. Actually, it's the individual bonuses, and you can stack up to 5 of them.
