<blank> was raised in Atlas Park, Paragon City. He grew up watching the heroes fly by his windows. Everyday he wished he could have powers, but he was just a normal kid with normal parents. Life cointued on like that for him, he went to school and graduated a year early. For years hewas stuck in a dead end job in a nursing home. That all changed one day when he was taking a tour through Crey Labratories. He had stopped to admire some of the technology and was left behind by the tour group. Totaly lost he started to wander around.
after a few minutes he came upon a scientist his own age working with some chemicals. <Blank> watched for a few moments as the scientists masterfully mixxed and stirred and observed. He put his concotion into a large machine, it looked like it was made for a person to stand in.
Suddenly the words "overload" appeared in bright red flashing letters on the screen, The scientist was so wrapped up in his work that he didn't even notice. The machine started to make a loud noise. <Blank> ran in to save the scientist but was caught in the explosion.
As it turn out the concotion was a serum meant to turn normal humans into metahumans.
<Blank> absorbed the serum into his blood stream where it was instantly absorbed into every living cell in his body. His Cells are now desner giving him near invulnerability and greatly enhanced Strength. He is also able to fly by unknown means.
I'm still working it out a little but that's the gist of it

this is the costume I'm going with. I like the statesmanesque classic look.
basically the only part thats the same as statesman is the pattern and chest logo and I actually picked those out without even thinking about statesman...they just kind of evolved that way.

Just, fyi, Captain abbreviated is Capt or CPT. It might be a little lesss awkward. 
And, as far as I know, I don't think anyone has any real objections to correct abbreviations in names.
If Captain Justice is taken , you can always use Major, Colonel or General.

this is spazboys brother (you guys probabaly don't know him, but I figured I'd better make it clear I'm borrowing his forum name for a moment)
anyway. I'm currently on hiatus but considering coming back. The thing is I don't wanna come back without a solid character to play. I just watched skyhigh and batman/superman public enemies and decided to create a clasic superhero (superman is my favorite)
so I've come up with 2 costumes
this one is based on an old design of mine.
this is based on statesman costume and is more traditional (he will have a red cape)
the problem is I can't think of a name for the characters. and whichever one gets a name first is who I'll end up using if I resub. the second statesman-esque costume I'm looking for something vaguely patriotic, but not like American soldier, USAegis etc.
