I'm not an expert, but that looks like an over heating card.

Paragon Wiki is the place to go!

Quote:Redside has the advantage in that it pretty much rolls three zones into one for each of it's zones. So there are large sections of those zones that don't get seen, but the zones themselves are still used.i think redside is a little better about not having useless zones (unless you count monster island or the abyss, which both are extremely underused unless you like fighting rikti monkeys or DE monsters for fun)
Off the top of my head I can think of that strip mine in Sharkhead, the Tunnels under Grandville and the Fab, the hills/pts areas in Cap au Diable and quite a lot of St. Martial.
Edit: Also, I forgot the TRUE forgotten zone... the Paragon City Dance Party! Ooooh yeah! -
I was thinking about this, so I decided to make a list of the top 7 (arbitrary number) forgotten zones in City of Heroes. I'm just doing this for fun and to spark conversation.
Now, bare in mind that I'm not talking about zones that have literally been forgotten, after all most do contain at least one or two items of use.
But they are also more than just zones that don't usually have a lot of people in them (I'm looking at you Skyway). These are, rather zones that almost no one ever goes to any more and don't really come up into thought when you think of the game's zones.
First, an honourable mention:
Brickstown - Now I know what you're thinking "But Z, I go to Bricktown all the time... it has lots of terrible "Kill X Enemy" missions and a moderately popular TF" and you'd be right... but when was the last time you went past the North-West Corner? I rest my case.
7: Perez Park - Long forgotten, the Hollows stole it's thunder like you wouldn't believe.
6: Galaxy City - Considering this is a starting zone... the fact that most have forgotten it even exists stands to testament Atlas Park's popularity.
5: Eden - These days it's pretty much only used to get to the Hive... and if your server doesn't do Hami raids... well, it's not even used for that.
4: Crey's Folly - Originally pretty much only used to get to the Rikti Crash Site (which was itself almost forgotten before it's revamp) now it's only used by people looking for Rikti monkeys and Jurrasik... not that anyone looks for Jurrasik anymore.
3: Terra Volta - Anyone remember the heroside respec mission? No... me neither. Well, if you do, you've probably spent a few minutes in this zone at one point. You'll most likely see it off in the distance in Independence Port.
2: The Troll Tunnels - I would actually bet there are a few who don't actually know these exist, considering the only time you're sent there is in a fairly obscure task force. They lie beneath the Hollows and contain lots of Trolls and explosives and not much else.
1: The Abandoned Sewers - I know for sure that some don't know these exist, given the fact that you get people asking how to find Rikti in the sewers for that one mission, and didn't realise the "abandoned" sewers were a different zone. These were once quite popular when Hatched Kraken rewarded ridiculous amounts of XP for their defeats.
So, I know what you're asking, why didn't I mention Boomtown or Dark Astoria...
Well, Boomtown is probably one of the most well remembered zones, due it leaving a huge first impression on a lot of the older playerbase. For a lot of people it was their first encounter with huge, half toppled sky scrapers billowing smoke.
Also, some of the favourite farming missions have been on Boomtown-esque maps, usually called the "flooded Boomtown" map. So people still remember it.
Dark Astoria also leaves a huge impression, and is one of the most frequently asked for zones to get a revamp, meaning it stays fresh in people's mind. Same with the Shadow Shard (although, a lot of people would be hard pressed to remember each of the four zone's names there).
Anyway, let's see what you guys think. -

All enemies have ranged attacks. I'd say Devouring Earth and Freakshow probably have the least amount of strength when it comes to ranged attacks.

I go there so I can discuss stuff that wouldn't survive on these boards.
Religion, Politics and general current events wouldn't survive here, even though in general everyone here is mature enough to discuss such things. I do not have a problem with NCSoft not allowing that kind of discussion, but it's nice to have a place to go to talk about it, with the same people who come here. -
I imagine the paparazzi would have a field day with ripped costumes.
Hell, it doesn't even need to be ripped, some costumes are rather relieving anyway -
Ha, there needs to be "The Stig". Some say he comes from another world and is powered by our sun. Others say he once goosed Valkyre and blamed it on Positron. All we know is... he's called The Stig.

Quote:Ah, the City of Hero characters.
I also like how Foreshadow is in the trailers, but has almost no Lore or presence in the game (he's the Hollows trainer iirc). Same with Mirror Spirit (trainer in Faultline).
What's most amusing though is that after the CGI movies they changed Foreshadow's costume, so he looks nothing like that now. -
Playing the market really helps you rake in the cash, that's pretty much the sole reason that the average's player wallet has gone up.
Combine that with the fact that people have been playing the game a long time now too and didn't really have anything to spend it on until Inventions. -

Quote:It's possible... people have "fallen in love" with video game characters before... and most of them can't even hold a conversation.so... you're saying she fell in love with a collection of pixels that she knew represented someone else?
I'm not saying this is the case, it's just a possibility, no matter how crazy it sounds (this is because it is crazy) -

That's actually a little creepy considering you've only been teaming for a few weeks and you've never even met.
While online friendships are cool, once they cross "person I like to play a game with" to "I love you" without any interim of actual relationship, you probably don't want to be friends with them any more, they'll just get worse.
Well, that's my opinion.
Note to others: I'm not saying you can't find love over the 'net, I'm just saying it takes a bit more than a couple of weeks without ever having met. -

A Mastermind with no Henchmen
If it was a normal team, I'd sigh to myself and try to get a real MM that wasn't gimping themselves. -
Pretty much everyone uses IOs to some extent
Basically, at level 33 (IE, level 35 IOs) they become better than SOs and never need to be upgraded, thus saving you a lot of money (and time!) upgrading your enhancements all the time. -
Nevermind. Seems Ultra mode doesn't support SLi.
Mods, please delete. -
Quote:Really? Wow, that's pretty cool. The picture is actually our Goliath Bird Eater on holiday, he was taking part in the Worlds Strongest Spider contest held on the Isle of mann every year and that was the judges measuring him up for his stat card, it appears on the 'web' every year...
I once held a Bird Eating Spider at a zoo when I was younger. The one thing that still stands out to me is how light they are despite their size. -
