Well here it is. The information we all wanted. Just the facts.
First I bought the recipe in the auction house on test it current price was 100k. This is good, I would like to see this as a set price and not subject to the market changes causing low level characters not to be able to buy it. It still should also be dropable.

The Respec Recipe does not require any special salvage it just cost influence. Based on my reading here it appears that this is based on the lvl of the hero. This still needs to be confirmed.

The respec is considered a free respec once it is crafted in that respect the hero in question will only be able to have one available. It is usable in regular fashion as a normal Free Respec is used by just typing /respec.

I did exit in the middle of doing the free respec and check it twice. It worked like the regular free respec we normally have gotten So no loss of the respec when you disconnect, or just exit it.

As a recipe more than one is stackable, but I have not been able to test storage as of yet. It will still take up slots weather they are on your person or in the auction house. I will post more on that once I am able.

I would still like to see Recipe storage included for our vaults but the impact on this is now minimal.

Great the minority here... It sounds good on paper... But

I really need to learn more and when you say "usable when crafted" does that mean I have to respec right then or when I'm ready.

Can I stack them like my original trial respecs, and if so how many? Or is that number unlimited, does it count aganist my regular recipes I carry which all my other respecs do not do.

Can it be stored in my Vault? Will we be getting more storage slots in the Auction House to store recipes which won't impact my other storage slots for buying and selling.

Will it require new salvage to create? If so will we be getting a personal salvage storage increase from the max of 62 which we have currently for the characters, 50 for the vault. Not including an increase to the auction house storage like I mentioned above. This of course would be in addition to that.

Actually Weapon Customization made the feature list AFTER I made the original "something you've been asking for" post, where I was referring to Flashback. (We had players in the CoH beta test asking for a way to go back and do the story arcs of the Contacts they skipped).

One red side and One Blue side invasion and at least wait until the TF officially ends to give them time to get to the spawn point so they have a chance to also get bombs.

I would agree, I missed several zone messages about invasions becaused it looked like regular boxt text which didn't grab my attention so I contuined on to my mission and missed the invasion. I like the invasions they are fun but they aren't fun if you miss them.

How about you leave them how they are now but make them Orange in color to stand out better.

that sounds interesting. Personally I would stick with the old simple broadcast over all channels in the red admin /vanguard, or call it civil defense. but definately would rather see that than miss it.

Sorry I guess I should have wasted more time and petitioned the guys who have been doing this...

Sigh excuse me if they can block words that could be offensive anywords would it be so hard for them to find the offending person since they can see the original copy of the logs.

Petions are great and if they work great. You ask to discuss : Zero Tolerance, I can't enforce it we still suffer form things reported in the past so why should I bother interupting my game play when several heroes I know will petion them and we will still get the offending / bothersome messages.

Bottomline guys I'll petition if you will enforce the zero tolerance.

I have said this numerous times, And have replied in several forums about this. I am one of many who felt most of these changes were not needed and were implimented poorly. This issue could have been hands down just plain better. You guys keep asking for my opinion so I will keep giving it. As it is just as valid as all those who constantly gush over how percious I9 is. You guys seem awlfully insecure with this issue as I keep seeing post and polls that appear to be fishing with please tell us how great it is.

There are plenty of people who are enjoying all the aspects of I9, some enjoy inventions and that pleases me.

Some enjoy the STF and since thats the only truly new Heroside high lvl content that is also good.

(I would like to run it again sometime but with a team not worried about time and invention crap and able to actually follow team work.)

I might enjoy building stuff if it wasn't for not being able to get what I need to bulid what I would like to build in my limited time to actually play. And before anyone has a fit I will ask you to go try to build a bed without the need tools or parts and see how far you get and now lets all go to name the hardware store of your choice to buy the missing parts so we can at some time in the next time frame, we can finally finish the bed. Now lets do that 10 times, no wait 100 times. Some people will get my point others won't. Nuff said...


And that is the heart of the problem... Almost the entire I9 is just a huge time sink, weather its farming for a certain drop or farming to do a Hami raid its farming.

I am a casual gamer, I used to enjoy teaming I don't any more, for lots of reasons; Weather its having someone put a mission on hold to help someone do a Transfer salvage / infulence, or having to wait at a mission door because someone had to drop off or sell / invent or store needed salvage so they could continue playing It gets old fast.

How many post say Oh if you don't like it your don't have to be involved. There is only one way not to be involved in I9, and that is to solo, or quit. One of my friends quit. I have turned to soloing, more then before. For the record even soloing you have to deal with I9, the only good thing is you don't have to talk about it.

I am glad people enjoy I9 I am trying to find my way through it with the hope I10 will be better. If you care PTB pay attention to what we are telling you when you ask us. Here is one request you should listen too. Many of us have told you this.

Personal Storage needs to be larger. Don't increase it back to the 100 it used to be on test increase it to at least 200 or 250. Bottom line is I should be able to hold at least one of every type of invention salvage on my character or in my Vault with out having to use the CS as a storage bin.

Very true, To display a change in mood or a hickup action point I induce lots of drama, I use Character self talk to explain things from an outside source, I write in third person, first person which can get confusing if you don't keep track.

Keep up the good work and lets us know where to look for it.

Hi I have written with Averick, He is an excellent writer. I generally am longwinded, othertimes I'm brief and to the point, it always depends on the story and what I'm trying to tell. Ok those are good starts, There is a list of questions you need to ask yourself/Toon.

I see Science Origin some where, so using that as a base:

is he a scientist, a lab assistance, janitor, etc

Who is he is key to what he would become. I have several different origins for heroes who are science based.

I like them making a choice, others like them being experminted on, captured, etc...

What does he/she look like before and after the origins. Does my toon ware an armored suit, or are the powers a manifastation of an accident, or is is something completely different, Techo-magic, Alien possession (Keldian shard anyone?)

Excellet post, I use Taunt as a staple power in all my tanks, but agree it is not the only way to tank. Great post.

I forgot to mention, Either invite Heroes or Villains several levels higher or lower then you to complete the missions faster, If your badgeing for no xp alway choose the mission level of the lowest person.

For the Villain badges you must have a villain level 25 + to spawn the creatures to get weedwacker badge in the cot mission Villain side.
