Strangest reason I've ever heard:
'afk for a second, my ferret is having a sneezing fit.'
[/ QUOTE ]
Been there. We thought she was going to sneeze herself to death. She was rooting around under something and inhaled a big ol dust bunny. She was sneezing herself across the floor and nearly having a seizure from it. It was actually pretty scary. -

I'm inclined to agree, dear. -
Ran an ITF last night and had to restart 3 times. One of our members was loading into a whole seperate instance of the first mission by herself.
-
Probably because then it would be seriously easy for anyone who knows his email addy, to get his password.
-
Ok...They wouldn't demand that you delet your toon and then delet it themselves. If that *did* happen, you need to report it. That is *not* what a GM should have done. You get genericed and that's that. Hounding you to delete your toon is not something that's done.
-
Shortest here was 28 minutes. I hated it. It was too rushed and didn't seem that much fun.
And aboutt he SK thing, that's certainly true if you're looking to run a speedy ITF, but for a regular? It's fine. Ran one with 4 SK's the other night and it took just over an hour. -
They never give dates on issue release. They happen when they happen. We aren't even in beta yet.
-
Then unless its a serious relationship...maybe cut your losses and move on? Sounds like an underlying problem and it sounds like you aren't very happy. Could always try counseling if you love each other.
-
Normally...I would be, but I haven't even given it a second thought this time around.
-
I am fine with games, so long as they don't take up *ALL* of my husband's time. He used to be extremely addicted and has been that way most of his life, I think.
He'd wake up, on the PC and gameing before work, sometimes leaving as he was actually supposed to be there. Come home, game till bed. As soon as I fell asleep, game till 4 - 6am. He had a serious problem. Sometimes, he still does.
Gameing can destroy a relationship if one isn't careful. But here's the thing: WHY would you divorce because your spuse may say the gameing is too much? Why wouldn't you give things a shot with counseling? Yes, it can help. I should know, my husband and I have been through it. (for more than just gameing issues).
Oh, and not a game hater. 2 accounts here, but I don't play them every waking minute. Sometimes, I don't play for a wek or more at a time. But I'd love time with my husband, too, you know? Sometimes it gets tiering to see him plastered to the game everytime I turn around.
But I also can understand how gameing can be an escape, because we are dealing with some bad RL stuff (not necessarily marriage related) and I know many people who escape through computer things; gameing or not.
-
2 accounts and close to 270 characters, here. Yes, I logged every single one of them in. It *Is* tedious, but if you want the badges for em, then you'll do it. I did a server each day.
-
These days, you can get a 50 in under 2 weeks. And I mean a legitimate 50, nothing PLed.
-
My husband and I started a synapse a few weeks ago, that led to us having to kick someone, partway in.
They were an emp something or other, I don't remember their secondary. From the time we started until the time we booted them, they maybe threw RA twice. No fort or CM was given and yes, they had them. They could be standing right beside us, watch someone dip into the red and die. They stand there some more and then start cracking jokes and then finally rez whoever had just faceplanted.
Then the AFK's really began. Turns out they were doing their homework. I was like...um...WTF?! Warned them twice and nothing seemed to help. Theyr efused to stick with the group and refused to follow any direction. Their constant AFK's and no buffings, were making things very difficult. They seemed to like to crack jokes and goof off, rather than actually play and contribute.
I placed a note on them, one starred and kicked. The TF went much smoother from then on out. -
Play em? Why even spend the time and effort to purple out a character, if you don't love playing it?
-
I'm guessing he means something like:
I pay 15 dollars a month so anything inconviencing me, must be fixed immediatly or it's not fair!
That's what I'm getting from it. -
^ Just a note, but you can't start the faultline arcs until lvl 15. And Croa begins at 25. The starting contacts for that zone you outlvl at 29. I tried to talk to the 3rd contact along, once when I had hit 31 without remembering croa at all. She has to be introduced by Skipper (In my experiance).
So...Fault at 15 and Croa at 25. You can start croa around lvl 27 and still be safe from outlvling it. -
Souless, you are NOT understanding.
Before you can do anything, you HAVE to go buy a copy of the game from the store. You HAVE to have the serial code.
If you use your parents visa card you will be useing their money. Kinda how it works.
But please listen and take this in: You have to BUY the actual game from the store, first. No serial code, no game. -
You aren't understanding. You *have* to buy the full game first and upgrade your account. You can't go from the trial straight into a game card or a credit card.
Acyl - Yes, you do. I have 2 accounts and had to do this each time. The first account is 3 years old and a friend had to use their CC just so I could open an account up. It would not let me create the account without entereing a CC number or adding a game time card. Kinda ticked us off, especially since the first month is free. Kinda don't expect to have to put anything down as billing until after the 30 days should you decide to continue it.
The second account is almost 15 months old. When I got this one, since I no longer am associated with aformentioned friend, I had to buy the game AND a 30 day time card. Made the account and had to put the same as last time: A time card code or a CC/Debit number. -
After the trial, you will need to buy the full game and upgrade it with the serial code that's inside. You'll also have to have a credit card or a time card when you do this, or it wont let you finish making the account. You still get your first month free, but you still have to put some form of payment there.
-
Honestly? I'd reccomend Justice. There's a really nice global channel on that server and it's literally impossible to go a day without seeing tons upon tons of TF's alone, forming up. I also doubt anyone would minded if you RPed, because I knew a few who do the whole Rp thing over there.

I have one sitting at 34 right now, and this is the build I am likely going to use when I respec as she gets a little higher. Ignore when slots are placed. I just pop em anywhere with Mids, usually.

You can buy level 15 DOs and slot them at level 13.
[/ QUOTE ]
Actually, you can buy and slot DO's at lvl 12. -
I15 beta has already said to be open to everyone. For a closed beta, you have to be invited to it.
-
Actually, it's still going on. Happened to some teammates and myself a few times today as well as in the last few days.
