Crab backpacks STILL bugged?

If you have any Crab powers, in either build, you will have the pack. This is WAI, currently, and not a bug.
I don't understand what you are talking about regarding your billing.
The Patron Plaques problem is a known issue. Given how close we are to the I15 beta, it is relatively likely that any fixes in the pipeline are included with or following the first I15 build. At this point in time, your best bet is to look up the information out-of-game.

I'm guessing he means something like:
I pay 15 dollars a month so anything inconviencing me, must be fixed immediatly or it's not fair!

We pay for new costume pieces and stuff like this still isn't fixed? Where is that money going? Shouldn't some of that money go towards fixing costume bugs? So annoying.

Get in line. They need to fix how the Ouroboros Portal interrupts zone Teleportation powers (Pocket D, Base, Mission, Market).

Hrm. So if I respec my 2nd build that has the crab pack (that I never use) it'll get rid of it on the bane build? SCORE.

You guessed wrong...I was talking about paying for the costume packs. (Wedding/Magic/Valkarie)
