    TW and End Use

Attacks use more endurance than your armors. Want more bang for your buck? Put an EndRed in each attack.

TW is a bit more endurance-heavy than other sets because it is very AoE heavy.

Edit -> Let's look at the numbers.

    Temp Inuln + Unyielding + Invincibility = 0.73 end/sec

    Slotting for EndRed = 0.73/1.33 = 0.548 end/sec, a savings of only about 0.2 end/sec

Defensive Sweep + Titan Sweep + Whirling Smash = 29.79 endurance over about 5 seconds. That's 5.958 end/sec (almost ten times your armor costs).

    Slotted for EndRed gives you 5.958/1.33 = 4.48 end/sec, a savings of almost 1.5 end/sec.

  4. Hovering over a power with an enhancement shows you the impact that enhancement will have on the power. Or at least it should.
  5. I would think that a Sonic/Cold Corruptor would be able to murder GMs.

You're kind of all over the place in terms of set bonuses, though you've got enough Defense, so that should be okay.

Still, you've done some interesting slotting and power choices. As such, some suggestions:

    1) Take Frozen Aura! It's the best AoE attack you have!

    2) Chilling Embrace is overslotted if you've just going for the 2.5% Recharge Time bonus. You can probably drop a slot there and put it somewhere else where it'll do more good, like Spring Attack.

    3) Energy Absorption is a great place to Frankenslot. Try to maximize DefBuff, Recharge, and EndDrain.

    4) If you're only going to 1-slot Ice Blast, I wouldn't even bother. Take Taunt. It's not necessary, but can help you Tank AVs and GMs, and any other critters that get away from you. Gauntlet is NOT auto-hit versus the big bad guys, so having Taunt can help you tank them.

    4)
  9. The new downloader seems to get 'stuck' after it finishes loading a Stage. Close out of the downloader, and restart it, and see if that works.

It's basically a low-level trial. However, you can join it at any level. The trial will set you at level 2 for the first area, 3 for the second, 4 for the third area, and 5 for the last part. However, you can get really good XP until about level 20-ish.
  11. Anyone trying to O2 Boost a whole team, let alone a whole league, is doing it wrong. /Storm has soooo many other debuffs that the lack of O2 Boost on a character shouldn't matter much.

Poison's Alkaloid needs more help than O2 Boost.
  12. I would like this as well, especially if we got it when they ported Titan Weapons to Stalkers.

Keep Invincibility, just have it give more Def for the first target, and have a lower scaling value than other ATs with it (and remove the Taunt component, of course). Replace Unstoppable with Hide.
  13. Glad to hear it! Let us know if you have any more questions! We're here to help, and genuinely like helping new players if they have questions about the game.
  14. First off, welcome to the game!

Secondly, you may need to quit the downloader and restart it. It should pick up at the right spot.

  18. Actually, Devs, I have something to consider for you: A death like this would likely shake the entire Freedom Phalanx to the core. I know that it would be even harder to do in many ways, but what if several members quit? Statesman is likely the glue for the team.

Would Manticore stay as part of the group, or strike out on his own? Would Positron give up the life of a hero to focus on creating inventions for the benefit of mankind? Would the Dream Doctor come back to try to pull the team back together?

A signature death, especially when its the leader of your team, likely would have far-ranging impacts on the whole team. Could we get a decent amount of replacements needed?

The extra "s" makes it cooler. Or more masssive. Or something.

That being said, I nominate my namesake, Aett Thorn, for Statesman's replacement.

    Not alot.
And Fly, Hover, Jumping, Combat Jump, The Medicine Pool, Fighting, Teleportation? All of those could get some decent revamps on animations with customization.

Custom movement effects in the form of Path Auras don't negate my point that there are technical hurdles for the Devs when it comes to power pool customization.

I want ALL of the Power Pools to get some customization work done on them, INCLUDING the Speed Pool. If it's just going to be one pool, then why both with creating the tech?
  21. Haven't Lost missions always had larger spawn sizes than other enemy groups? Isn't that one of the reasons they tend to give slightly more XP/Inf than other enemies of that level?

Everyone. Even if they didn't do it, they'd all take the credit.

"Turning to Superhero news here on Paragon Channel 5 News, the heroine Flambeaux was found dead in her apartment earlier today. While evidence suggests that it was a genetic heart defect, 500,000 heroes have come forward as claiming they are to blame in her death. Investigations are ongoing."
  23. The Devs know that we want Power Pool customization (which would be better than just adding this to Null the Gull, IMO). There are just more technical hurdles to that than just the normal powersets, or so we've been told. I hope that in one of the next few issues they begin to address this, though.

    "Well...about that."

    "What did you do?"

"Not me! I wouldn't do anything! But Manticore...he might have been fiddling with the transport system, trying to isolate whether you could disable it for specific heroes. I haven't the foggiest idea why, though."
