AT and Powerset of Freedom Phalanx?

I know most people seem to know this, but can someone tell me (or give a link) to a list of the ATs and Powersets of the members of the Freedom Phalanx? I'd love to also know things about the other Heroes (Like Back Alley Brawler, for example).

Thanks in advance.

You should be able to get the details here:

Very Nice. Thanks.

Anyone know if there is a link for other heroes (like Ms. Liberty, for example)?

You can search for her on the Wiki.

Paragonwiki should have articles about every major NPC, just type their name in the search box and go. If they appear as a combat critter in game, the article should link to a group page with powerset listings.

For example, the Ms. Liberty page links to the page of her group, the Vindicators, and you can find her powers there.

Word of warning, there is an impostor City of Heroes wiki out there. If you ever find yourself there, get out fast. That one's been inactive since 2009, and remains up solely so the host can suck more ad revenue out of it. On the real Paragonwiki, you'll see current news, Weekly Strike Targets, and links to popular articles above the fold. On the impostor wiki, you'll see news from 2009, ad banners, and irrelevant links above the fold.

[sarcasm]Not true! I searched for Dillo's page and there wasn't much information on him or his powersets![/sarcasm]

Sorry, just popped into my head and I had to share. *hoorb*

Searchfu is weak with this one.

Never noticed the character stats part of the wiki articles. Perusing those, I was surprised to learn that Citadel is considered a Blaster (um, yeah, he blasts...but he looks so rugged!) and that Infernal was Numina's sidekick, who eventually made the big time. He ought to be the idol of sidekicks everywhere! He's also listed as a Tanker/Blaster hybrid (the dreaded tankmage?) with the signature power "Demon Summoning." I wonder if a better description would be Tanker/Mastermind (Demon Summoning) with Fire Blast powers simply replacing the whip attacks. Or maybe even just Mastermind (DS/Fire Blast) and rely on Bodyguard to account for his toughness.

I was amused at Infernal's powersets, too. I guess envious might be a better descriptor!

Things like that were probably written before Masterminds existed... as such, it would have been hard to call him one. Hindsight, and all that.

Probably should make that a project of mine on the Wiki!

It also must be remembered that the signature NPCs aren't subject to the same rules and restrictions we are. A very long time ago, I remember running into Mynx in Pocket D. I decided to check her info, and her powersets were listed as "Mynx High" for primary and "Mynx Low" for secondary... entirely custom powersets, obviously.

At best, the archetypes given for the signature heroes and villains are approximations, because they can have powers and powersets custom-built for just them. Sister Psyche is mostly Empathy and Psionic Blast/Assault, but tick her off and she'll drag out Power Burst from the Energy Blast set. Citadel may be listed as a blaster because of his ranged attacks, but he fights and acts like a tank with Energy Aura and Energy Assault powers. Ms. Liberty is a Martial Arts/Invulnerability scrapper, until she zaps you with a Lightning Bolt. And then there are the custom powers, like Manticore's Teleport Arrow and Statesman's double whammy of Hammer of Justice and Zeus' Lightning Bolt. So just bear in mind that it can be difficult if not impossible to place the signature characters into specific archetypes or powersets.

Actually, back when cityofvillains.com was a thing, they had these little short stories about random villains of each archetype, and then which patron corresponded to them.

Black Scorpion was a brute, Ghost Widow a dominator, Mako a stalker, Recluse a mastermind, and Scirocco a corruptor (sand blast and... sword manipulation, I guess). I think CoV in general tried to build the characters around the limitations of the game, while the heroes are just a bunch of cheatyfaces.

He also uses some Mu lightning powers, but every mission I've seen him in he just goes to town with his scimitar and tosses sand tornadoes everywhere. Granted, Recluse cheats at being a Mastermind too. Bane Spider Summoning/Crab Spider Training/Super Strength ancillary pool.

I know this might be a slight sidestep but did we ever find out if Sorceress Serene's "Autumnal Control/Autumnal Assault" are powersets that will eventually be released or if they were just created for her?
