What's with the Lost 2 lt spawn?
Hmn, sounds like one of the rare cases where the spawned gets its programming knotted and has a brain fart like that. Sadly it happens, and then doesn't again for ages. If it had been, say, Montague's Midnighter arc, I KNOW that that one spams you with Boss/LT class mobs a helluva lot. Since it's a radio mission, it sounds like pure bad luck of the draw.
GG, I would tell you that "I am killing you with my mind", but I couldn't find an emoticon to properly express my sentiment.

So I'm not sure the exact mechanics behind it, but in simple terms, every spawn has a "points total" attached to them. Every individual critter has a "point value" attached to it. A spawn is filled with critters until the combined points value matches the points total for that spawn.
Most enemy groups have a logical progression (for one hero: three minions; one minion/one lieut; zero or one minion/one boss). IIRC, the Lost have some weird lopsided value that sometimes ends up with weird combinations of critters in a spawn. I've seen two lieut Lost spawns more times than I can count.

All the List missions I ran through the last few days had over half their spawns be just a single boss, at +0x2. I know that that's a possible spawn variant for most factions, but it seems odd that I'd have to run through six spawns of just that before I reach anything else, and then it'd be back to that two spawns later.
I thought boss spawns were supposed to be rarer?

Welcome to me complaining ever since they broke the spawn code in I13 so it completely ignores how stuff worked and decides that +0x2 means "throw spawns of 2 lts and 3 minions all at +1 all mission at me"

Haven't Lost missions always had larger spawn sizes than other enemy groups? Isn't that one of the reasons they tend to give slightly more XP/Inf than other enemies of that level?

Imagine a mission with NOTHING in it, excepting double-spawns of Anathemas.

I think I know what happened.
Lost tend to wander around a lot after they spawn, sometimes causing two different spawns to walk up right next to each other.
No. Just no. I was assisting a new player. If I run into it again I'll take a screen shot. It's exactly as I said. There are no minions or bosses anywhere in the mission. All the spawns were paired lieutenants.

On almost every new character I make, heading to Faultline at level 15 is a top priority. Why? Set missions to x2, run through them fighting all and only the single-boss spawns, effectively powerlevel yourself. Lost bosses are as easy as they are profitable. I love it.

Yeah, there's nothing easy about Lost bosses, and at level 20+, the lieutenants become irritating as well. Especially for controllers.
I got a lvl 21 Talos radio mission (slight chance it was a hero tip mission). I am playing at +0/x0
The first 4 spawns I ran into were an anathema and a headman. I was rapidly held and taken out twice, so I auto-completed it. Both guys in the spawn were lt's (I am playing without bosses, so the Anathema might have been supposed to be a boss).
I know in Faultline there is a mission with a ton of anathema's in spawns, but running into 2 lt's one of which mezzes was a bit much.
