I just got home from work and checked my old toons and found I had a Night Widow at 35 called ManWidow (he's male). I turned diff down to -1/0 no bosses and headed to Rein.
I chose Black Scorpion and went to the missions. All the missions were in the public mall area where there were no foes hanging around. In the missions all foes were 35! Bloody Malta slowed me down.
The final couple of missions were in StM and I found Dr Quatrexin was a 35 eb. I finished him off then did a freespec and found I could choose my epic pool.
Yeah could not move on to the 2nd part of the arc so I assume that is lvl 40 as normal.

He clearly has no understanding of the law. His actions have probably made him open to complaints and charges from the people involved in the brawl and the police had no choice but to arrest him. It would be very difficult for him to make the case of self defense or even citizens arrest because, as the video shows, they did not see who was at fault and who were the victims, he simply sprayed everyone with pepper spray which may be considered assault with a weapon under the law and he could face jail time or suits.

Hang on were you able to get access to PPPs?

2) Is normal you don't always get foes at the level you set there is a bit of randomness (and some annoying foes that are always +1 grrr).

3) Is also normal you get another arc from them at 47ish to become destined where you can go after Lord Recluse and steal his helmet in the future.

Also if you use attack/defensive once all foes in the mob have been defeated the pets will automatically switch into bg mode.

For any lazy MMs like me who only like to solo radios and tips on normal diff the only macros you will ever need are attack/defensive (also will put pets in bg mode if no target), follow/passive, follow/aggressive (for mayhems) and releasepets.

Just to answer your question about MMs. No you do not need to send them to different targets. In fact on regular missions and diff and after the alpha hits it is better to pick out single targets and combine their damage and debuffs. It's only the players who like to take down AVs and fight at +4/x8 that need to micromanage.

Oh I thought you were talking about the 1 where finder points you to the building with 5 mission doors inside it but the map target is correct. Another that hasn't been fixed yet

I must apologise to you. I have been zooming in the map and locating it without the finder (and telling others how to find it) so it's my fault it hasn't come up as a problem, sorry.

APPs and the patron arcs are available from 35 so that means you will get your 1st choice af PPP at 38 (I think you can respec into it at 35 once you unlock them).

No. You will need to switch to villain at the min lvl or above (now 35) and do 1 of the patron arcs. Then you will have access to all PPP/APPs and you can switch back to hero if you want.

I took hasten out of my ds/time build (lvl33 atm). It just didn't seem necessary and Time is clickey enough as it is.

Break Frees are supposed to work immediately but the Lag Monster can ruin it. It can delay the break free but also it can disrupt the chain so that the Luck will try to go off first after the Rez.

It does have broken family issues and also washed up hero issues but the robot action is really awesome.
It doesn't suck.

I use Zone TP quite a lot especially when tip missions send me all over the Isles. It's recharge is great it's always up when you need it.
