  2. Well, since you are posting on the forums, I can assume you are a VIP and thus can use IOs.... Are you willing to use IOs? What is your budget?
  3. The limited use -bought- Mission Teleporter is an instant teleportation power.

As far as AS goes, if it is interrupted, you don't have to wait for it to recharge. It doesn't activate. You do lose some endurance, but not a lot. If they make it use the endurance after the interrupt duration, then this would mess up many other powers. Aid Self and family, snipe powers. Would those be effected too? If the endurance was not used until the power activates, then you could just spam that power, until it goes off. This could be especially bad during a PvP bout.
  4. With really no recharge in your build, you can run Blinding Fient->Attack Vitals really easily. Top DPS chain is BF->AS->SS->AS but it takes a good amount of recharge.

Sweeping Strike and 1k Cuts are very good AoE's. Typhoon's Edge... not so much imo.
  5. Gloom is amazing. Darkest night is nice, slightly high endurance cost. Dark Obliteration is a decent AoE that is nice with the awesome Single Target attack that Gloom is.
  6. Sometimes the data link doesn't work for some people. If you could post the data chunk as well, that would be helpful to see the build better.
  7. You could do a lot better, Light. Especially with all that cash your flingin' around.

    This build....

Should make you almost unkillable, you would have good AoE and Single target damage, Cardiac alpha will boost both your resists and end reds, greatly easing any endurance problems. You are soft-capped to all damage with one in melee range of invincibility. Only thing lacking is a proper heal, which can be attained by using Rebirth.
  8. Just seems inconvenient imo... But that's why its my opinion eh?

If you are scared of getting Generic'ed. Don't do it. If you don't think it will be, then do it and don't cry when it happens.
  11. I'm not even sure how you could play CoH with a game pad. >.> So many things that need clicking....
  12. My StJ/Invuln is level 25 atm. I have franken slotted Acc/Dam/End in them. The attacks seem to recharge fast enough to not need recharge atm. Only have 3 slots in attacks now. I can attack for a while before needing to stop.

I have noticed, even when trying to slow down my attacking, I have a hard time because its just too fun to attack. Also I tend to use AoEs even on single target occasions.

Thanks for hitting the nail on the head.
It's not specifically that you went searching. However, if the thing that you are complaining about today (not just in this game, but even in real life) was fixed, you would still find something else to complain about. It wasn't fixed to your liking, the fix created new problems, you wish they would fix something else that is similar. It's just the way we humans work.

I also in no way imply that 'you' is specifically you personally Vitality. It is not directed towards you, but to us all as people. I'm in the same boat

    Maneuvers FX?

Just goes to show that people will find just about anything to complain about. Even the lack of things to complain about is grounds for complaining.

    Battle Axe

What specifically does it need? Power is a relative term.
  16. While normally I would suggest Smashing/Lethal defense first, on a Will Power character you already start with a high amount of Energy/Negative defense, but low resistance. On the other hand you have a fairly high amount of Smashing/Lethal resistance. It is also easier to hit the soft cap for Energy/Negative with less slots. (This is coming from a leveling perspective)

    Stun master?

Just an FYI, besides the taunt set's proc for stun being a mag 1 stun, it is also programmed with a 0% chance to fire. This means that the proc is completely and utterly worthless.

Also, other procs that have a 0% chance to fire are: Siphon Insight's +To Hit proc and Absolute Amazement's -To Hit proc.
  18. I agree with the general consensus. Stalkers really need more damage. To fit in with the Damage -> Survivability scale, they really should do more damage up front. Even with the added crit chance in a team, stalkers should have the same or higher base damage as scrappers. Right now, there really is no reason to make a stalker. Anything that a stalker can do, a scrapper can do better except AS... which has it's own problems.
  19. Just one thing I noticed was the end red in Rage. That will effect the endurance used when you 'click' rage, not when it crashes. Also, there is no reason at all that an /SD character should have Acrobatics.

All in all, you should be at least kind of fine. Rage Crash will take a good chunk of your endurance. Why would you wait until level 47 to slot IOs? The difference between a level 50 (42%) IO and a level 30 (34%) IO is 8% and when you slot sets, which pop you into ED, you have less than 1% difference. Level 30 IOs have the added benefit of getting your set bonuses down to level 27!
  20. The best information we could use is how much you are willing to invest, and how you are planning to use the toon.
  21. First focus for Energy/Negative defense. You are already pretty close with Heightened Senses, so it should fairly easy. Next, get soft capped Smashing/Lethal defense. Lastly with any other bonuses you can find get extra HP. +HP is way better than +regen. +HP is both extra regen per second as well as universal resistance.
  22. Well, checked on my DM/SD scrapper and it has Fiery Embrace info on there as well. Kinda seems like the info got messed up.

    Mids question

When you go to select an IO, just type what level you want, ie type 3 and then 0 for a level 30 IO. Then select it.
