A small buff to Assassin Strike?
Yeah, I thought about that word "charge" but Dual Blade and Street Justice have no "interruptable" attack except for Assassin Strike.
I think "charge" means "the charge up period"? You lose the charge-up but you don't lose endurance because the attack never goes out?
I can't think of too many "charge" sets except for Dual Blade and SJ.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.

It should certainly be a small boost for stalkers, especially lowbie ones who don't have strong end slotting yet.
I think if they had meant endurance they would have said endurance. I'm afraid this probably means temporary power charges. So having, say, a Day Trader temp casting interrupted won't consume a charge.

The Day Job AH teleporters are the only applicable things I can think of. I know I've occasionally wasted a charge by having an auto power go off during the interrupt portion. The Day Job rez power might also be interruptable, I don't recall... with the Resuscitator crafted power and the ability to combine insps, it's not even worth using these days.
This fix is rectify a situation where people have paid real money for mission teleport charges and ended up losing said money. I don't believe it will have any effect on non-charged interuptables in the slightest.

The limited use -bought- Mission Teleporter is an instant teleportation power.
As far as AS goes, if it is interrupted, you don't have to wait for it to recharge. It doesn't activate. You do lose some endurance, but not a lot. If they make it use the endurance after the interrupt duration, then this would mess up many other powers. Aid Self and family, snipe powers. Would those be effected too? If the endurance was not used until the power activates, then you could just spam that power, until it goes off. This could be especially bad during a PvP bout.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
