Claws/Fire - need a second pair of eyes
The best information we could use is how much you are willing to invest, and how you are planning to use the toon.
Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
the aim is for a pretty much all around build, i have been farming a bit with this char to get some inf bacause i started with just about nothing... so typically i can make a fair amount but nothing too serious. 100-200mil?
Build looks pretty good.
I'm not a fan of the gaussian's set for typed builds, maybe swap this for 2 rectified reticles (and some end redux if you plan on actually running FA). You might also consider swapping FA for tactics for a bit less end use.
I'd want 12pts kb protection, ymmv. A BotZ in SJ would get you 4 more pts, you'd have to grab a slot from something else for the rest.
